I was worried about a face to face meeting because of this covid pandemic, we closed the deal by phone, emails and texts.
They delivered the new vehicle and picked up my trade in at home.
They gave me both a very reasonble trade for my vehicle and a purchase price for the new 4 Runner.
I will surely come back and refer them to my families and friends.

The service was good except I just discovered the air filter that was supposed to be replaced, the new filter was on the floor of my car still in the box & plastic wrapping. That means I ll have to come back to get that done. I m Not happy about that! Makes me wonder what else was omitted from services I paid for.
Service advisor Eric from Sterling Mccall Toyota Lube Express was professional, courteous, patient, explained all the things I needed to know concerning my vehicle. And he waited on me when 2 advisors didn t acknowledge me because they were playing on their phones.

I have a warranty through Toyota, which allows me to take my car to be serviced at any Toyota dealership, but I faithfully return to Sterling Mccall despite living almost an hour drive away in good traffic. Luis Hernandez has been the maintenance advisor several times and he is exemplary. I appreciate his clear explanations, minus any hint of condescension in his voice. He is professional and friendly, as are everyone at this dealership that I have encountered. I have to say, I have never once been called sweetie, or hon at Sterling Mccall by any of the employees, only by my name or Ma am, and I really appreciate that. We have never had repairs pushed on us and we have never had any questionable service suggestions. And even though I have limited time, they have always done a great job of getting our car serviced quickly. They have WiFi and ample areas for guests to wait, and even a designated reading room which allows me to work without the distraction of a television.We will continue to have our vehicle serviced here, even after there is no warranty and when we are ready for a new Toyota, Sterling will get a visit from us. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you all.

2 new issues have emerged:
1) The place runs credit checks when a car, much less a deal, hasn't even been agreed upon.
2) Also, the car of interest is still listed, despite the sales manager claiming the ordering customer would be back a few days ago. It still boggles my mind that for $500, one can order a brand new car and let the dealer sit on it for 2 weeks and counting.
The staff was very professional and courteous. The service was very prompt.
I took my car in yesterday to get serviced and had a great experience. Rey, the service manager who worked with me, was friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend the service center, especially above other Toyota dealers in the area.

My service advisor, Wilfred Solano, was very attentive and showed great concern about my vehicle. His honesty and sincerity will be the main reason I will come back to this location for future services and repairs.
Bought a brand new vehicle here back in 2018 and when you re buying it they will make the process so easy and treat you very nice until it s time to trade in, they will low ball you so bad on the trade and after you get up and leave the next day their internet department will give you a call and tell you they are desperate for your vehicle and are willing to give you more for your trade because that s how they are trained to say over the phone(they try another way to rip your head off). If you want to be a returning customer don t even stop here unless you want them to rip your head off in the future.

Set an appointment and still was waiting for a long time on a part recall to get the vehicle in. Friendly staff just way too many people go there to get services. Long wait periods for simple oil change.
The Sales Director Mr. Usmani worked with me. He made sure my sales person got the Truck I wanted with all the features I requested and negotiated an awesome price. He was pleasure to work with.
Started off as a good experience. Had to wait for the vehicle to go through service before taking home. Took a few days then got the call to come and pick up. Drove an hour and a half to find out vehicle wasn t ready. Our salesman wasn t there so we talked to Alex Martinez. I was upset about making the drive with my family for no reason, and he just didn t seem to care. Which upset me even more. Got a call 2 days later that I could finally come pick it up(bought on sat. Didn t get to pick up till Friday). Asked for a simple free first oil change to compensate driving up there for no reason and was told no and basically that it was my fault that I drove up there without it being ready, after I was told it was(Also was Alex Martinez). On top of everything I also Asked for a copy of a copy of the technicians report and was told that I didn t need it and that everything was looked at and good. Driving home noticed it had a wobble around 60+ took to a different shop Just to be told that it needed most of the front end replaced. Will not be going back somewhere I m spoken to so rude
Bong Zausa and Shawn (Indian) were very helpful and informative when I purchased my 2020 RAV4. I couldn t have asked for a better salesmen. They are both highly recommended. I would recommend them both to my coworkers who are in the market to buy car/truck.
The customer service were pretty good, just a long wait (every single time at least I gotta wait up to 2hours in order to get the services). But It turned out pretty good service. The staffs are nice and really helpful.

5 Stars for Hayden Schwenn! I brought my car to the body shop for some paint that was peeling off the front bumper. Hayden's level of customer service was bar none! So professional and very efficient. He communicated with me effectively and had my car fixed and returned to me within 2 days. This level of customer service is so rare these days and I really appreciate the service and Hayden.
This my first experience shopping for a brand new car .
I do not have established credit which I let the veteran salesman Eugene Dikibo know before he took it upon himself to guide me within the lot.
I had already told him that I didn t have established credit.
I was prepared to put a high down payment on a particular car within my budget yet he led me to believe that I would need to put down $2,000 based my credit score and income.
Once he checked my credit score he told me my credit is horrible & I would need a co signer plus 5,000 dollar.
He rudely handled me publicly by naming every institutions that ran my credit within the last 90 days, right outside of his private office among all his colleagues, staff and other patrons.
I was so impressed with the service I received here. Everyone, especially my salesman, Tunde Samuel, was so friendly and accommodating. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, as it is nerve-racking for a woman to do car shopping on her own. He, along with the management, gave me the best possible deal on a new lease car. I recommend this place to anyone, especially to a woman who thinks she may get ripped off, as they were so fair and honest.

My review is for the service department. I spent 12 minutes on the phone (not complaining, but this is relevant) setting up my appointment. Got set up and made arrangements to have someone watch one of my kids so my wife could go over and get the Sequoia serviced. She arrives at the appointment time and is promptly informed that they will not work on the vehicle because it has a salvage title they will not budge on this, even with a waiver (which we asked for). This logic is completely flawed: Vehicles can be salvaged for numerous reasons, but it comes down to value vs cost to repair. Yes my vehicle was wrecked and repaired, yes it has a salvage title (and was repaired by ICAR platinum shop with all new Toyota parts), and sorry I cannot spend 50k on a new SUV. My point is that vehicles are wrecked and repaired every day, but you can't work on mine because it has been branded salvage? A newer model with the same exact damage would not be a salvage since the value would be higher, but it would still be a wrecked and repaired vehicle that you WOULD work on, but not mine. See how this is flawed logic? Plus the repair I need done has nothing to do with the accident. There are a lot of repaired vehicles on the road, and many with salvage titles. And yes, from time to time, you will need the services of a dealer. I guess not me though. I guess I'll wander the streets of Houston with a broken door lock proudly displaying my scarlet letter.
Now, if I had I known about this policy, I would not have bothered with them and moved on. But nowhere in the 12 minutes it took to set up my appointment was I informed of this policy. I feel this would be important to know. So I wasted my time (12 minutes) and my wife's time (60 minutes). Now I can waste a little bit more (10 minutes) to warn others about this policy of theirs.
I have been part of the Toyota family for 20+years. Their service has been great. Having a dedicated Service Representative is key to having a solid customer experience. Edwin Solorio has been my Service Consultant for the last couple of years and he has been incredible. He is knowledgeable, engaging, patient, responsive and has a superb communication style. Toyota is truly fortunate to have Edwin Solorio on the team! I am truly grateful for his service over the years.

The staff at Sterling McCall were very nice, and scheduled inspection/maintenance check up went by quickly. The free coffee was nice as well, and there are a lot of waiting spaces available.

I had an appointment for a recall issue and oil change. The car was dropped off in the morning, and by mid afternoon the same day it was ready for pickup. The staff at Sterling McCall were great.
I normally would go to a different Toyota dealer, but I had asked for a quote on a trade in online from Sterling Mccall and Bella, the internet sales manager, got back to me very quickly and discussed what I would more than likely get for it and I had asked what a certain vehicle was going for and she said she could get me a great deal on it and she did just that. I definitely recommend giving this dealership the opportunity for your business.

I would never buy or suggest to anyone to buy a car from this dealership.on sat 6/29 I went to buy a car I've been looking on there website for about a week.i called the dealership to find out if it's still available for purchase.salesman Ahmad answer and asked me to stop by and look at the vehicle to test drive.once I got there and talked to him he handed me to another salesman APo to assist me on the purchase. Test drove the vehicle and found couple issue with the car. Rear tail lights were not working ,traction light was on,brakes were squeaking..Apo wrote them down on a paper and said all the problems would be fixed,and will be ready for delivery on monday 7/01/19.i live 1hr away from the dealership and he promised it will be done..
So monday comes around and I didnt receive a call or text ,assuming that everything is good and I can pick up my car like we agreed on.man was I wrong ..I get there monday at 4:00 PM and come to find out that Apo left on vacation,he never mentioned that he will not be delivering the car himself,but to top it off he never communicated with the staff and no one new that the car was sold or that it was waiting for repairs.i called Ahmad to find out what's the deal and he told me that the car has not even been worked on.so Ahmad said he will have it ready on Tuesday, I trusted him and told him ok no problem, but there was a problem cause now I had to look for a ride back home and needed to find a ride back to the dealership on tue.so Tuesday come around and texted Ahmad mid afternoon to check on the update of the car.he texted me later that afternoon saying that the vehicle is still not ready,that the service dept installed a wrong sensor,and I wouldn't get my car till the end of the week.and all of this happen do to lack of communication on sales.sales man didnt even try to accommodate me due to their lack of salesmanship

Excellent service. The representative looked through my maintenance history and discovered I did not need an oil change, just a tire rotation. Apparently the previous representative had my oil changed too early. They also caught a dying battery and it was replaced within the warranty window.

Just went for oil change and tire rotation today, it was like 30 dollars last time, and they charged me 50 bucks this time, i just found out they didn't even do the tire rotation for me, maybe it's time to find other place to fix your car

We purchased four runners 3 months ago and we came to do the 5000mils maintenance, after the service my car left very dirty fingerprint on the surface. And the stuffs refused to washing the car, this not my first time own Toyota, before I had one and had maintenance at other locations they always washing and clean after each time maintenance. This location is worst one ever!
