I understand my car needs work and things need replacing. You can understand my frustration when I say my car has been driving fine for a while now but now it isn't turning on. Regardless the customer service at sterling McCall toyato is the worst I've ever seen. I saw Rey Qui for the oil change. He literally laughed at me when he told me the amount I would need to fix my car and said I was better off getting a new one. I came in for just an oil change. No heart in this situation. We are still in a pandemic and people are begging for jobs everywhere. But this guy is laughing at me because of my situation. What a shame. This right here is why I won't ever come back to sterling McCall and why I won't get a new car from here.
