Went in to change my car breaks and regular maintenance. Was charged around 900 for changing all the break pads and rotors and around 300 for regular maintenance on my rav4.

Asked if they could fix my back license plate as I used the plastic nails and they got stuck due to rust. They wanted to charge me 120 dollar to remove the nail when I already am paying 1200 for breaks and maintenance. I usually go to my personal auto repair ship for maintenance and they fix up small stuff like this for me for free.

It feels like I am getting charged for every little thing at a ridiculous price. I live in the NW and personally went out of my way to this dealership to get maintenance done but it seems like I won't be coming back anymore.
