I had my car serviced at Stampede Toyota. The building was clean and nice looking. The service performed seems fine (was just a tire and oil change though).

My issue is the service advisor who checked me in. I'm not sure why but she was really short and snippy with me. She said they had no shuttles there and seemed very annoyed we were taking up her time asking, so my daughter and I ended up walking to the mall for 40 minutes in the rain to kill a few hours. I talked to the service manager after we came back and while he was professional, he just shrugged and said the advisor gets rave reviews from everyone else. I'm not sure why I got singled out for bad service but I'll choose a different dealer next time I guess...
