Even though the service manager completely ignored...

Even though the service manager completely ignored the issue I had with my vehicle, I was completely surprised to hear from one of the sales managers. Adam Boyd, the sales manager, made no promises but within week's time, I got my vehicle back from the paint shop and the rust spots on the lift gate are gone........good as new! Great job Adam and Thank You very much!
