We had a very positive experience with purchasing our Highlander from Stampede. As we live out of town, our initial dealings with Nathan via email were great...got back to us quickly, very thorough in his answers and details about our purchase, and found us our first choice in the model & colour we were after.
On our first visit to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by the gals at the desk and then met Nathan briefly before dealing with Brett to discuss the details. Again, professional, friendly and thorough, filled us in on all the details about options and extended warranty and got all our paperwork sorted.
We returned a few weeks later to pick up our Highlander and after a quick finalizing of payments with Brett we were introduced to Paul, who was fantastic and gave us a thorough overview of our new car. Thanks for a great experience!
