Poor communication. I am a prospective buyer and twice tried to arrange viewings with different properties with Springbok. Both times I had to go through a lengthy telephone questionnaire with someone who didn't know anything about the property, and was told someone would call me back to arrange a viewing, but never heard from them again. I'm not sure how Springbok make any sales if they ignore prospective buyers, and I'm sure their clients would be less than impressed. I won't be considering any property marketed with Springbok again.
