Hopeless. Rang to book a viewing of a property and was told they would ring me with a date. No news. Emailed the next day. Nothing. Phoned again the third day to be told tgat the house was sold and the vendor should have informed me (!!!??). I then got a phone call saying the house had sold over a year ago, so "they don't know why I was trying to view it". Maybe if they weren't advertising it I wouldn't have shown an interest. Duh. He then informed me that it's Easter bank holiday so there won't be anyone there for the duration. In my experience, it's Easter when everyone starts buying and selling houses. Hopeless customer service.
