Although I see from negative on-line reviews that other people have had problems, in my case the people I dealt with at Springbok were very helpful in ensuring that a difficult transaction (the person selling the property was elderly and infirm and they were only able to communicate with her through a relative) went through.
In the process, I had to renegotiate the price as the survey revealed a number of undisclosed problems. Springbok managed the process of communication in a timely manner and kept me informed when the seller's deteriorating health slowed the process down.
In all honesty, given that the property I was purchasing was inexpensive, I suspect that they had to work very hard for a modest fee.
