Hi we got in touch with springbok properties November 2014 to sell a house in Jarrow Tyne and Wear there local representative was very professional but friendly he looked round the house and gave his assessment and also how much we might expect to receive and the asking price to put down.
As it was late November we did not expect to much but within a couple of weeks a few people had been to see the property and where happy with what they saw.
Then Christmas came so seemed we was on hold but all the time we where kept informed by Springbok what was happening then early in February the first people that had looked at the property had put an offer in for the property,Even stranger it was within a few thousand pounds of the original estimate.
We did actual end up accepting the buyers second offer.The house had been on and of the market a few times over the years and we had not had one potential buyer.
But within weeks Springbok Properties had come up with a few and we finally had the house sold within two months.
