Although the process was slow (not down to springbok but down to the sellers) the staff at springbok were very helpful and put me at ease through the whole process. Emma lovell and John haliwell were brilliant and kept me informed every other day via email and phone as to what was happening. The sale finally completed after 12 weeks and I am now happy in my new home.
