Buyer/ seller beware. Absolute charlatans. Liers, storytellers.

Enquired about a property under valued to generate interest. Ok get that. Then told to put forward an offer as only the highest bidders would be invited to attend a viewing. Told our offer was the highest. Went to view the property. No one was there. Called the office that day. No one got back to me. Spoke to the sales negotiator and informed that the seller had left him a telephone message stating that he had lots of viewings all positive and would LIKE TO SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. A lower offer was accepted. Told that people were turning up with cash in bags. Told that there was a tennent in the property when according to a neighbour nobody lived there. Lies, lies and more lies.
