I made an offer on a property through Springbok roughly 6 weeks ago, we exchanged today and get the keys tomorrow. Has been plain sailing really, I've been kept regularly informed as to what's happening and when. I'm a first time buyer and was expecting a lengthy process but it's surprised me how simple it all was. Daniel at Springbok was always available to take my call or reply to any emails and I never felt out of the loop. Really happy with the process from start to finish.
