Awful customer service from a buyer's point of view. First, the property is listed as a three bed when in fact it's a two bed. Then phoned up to make a booking, and after a lot of faff where the person on the other end of the phone couldn't find the property details in her system we were provisionally given a slot, pending vendor's availability. Didn't get a call back so had to chase Springbok up, and was informed that the vendor hadn't got back to them so the viewing probably wasn't going ahead. Next day, received a call asking how the viewing went! Obviously we haven't seen the property, and now have been informed that it's been seen multiple times over the weekend by other people, however they totally failed to fit us in, and keep us in the loop regarding when viewings would be. Absolutely dreadful.
