We were the buyers and Springboks were working for the vendor. Ben W helped us when we were making our offer, gave us honest advice and seemed very trustworthy. He got back to us very quickly and kept us informed the whole way through. After our offer was accepted, Laura O'Brien took over and was exceptionally helpful and professional. She answered every question we had (we were first time buyers) and very promptly. Even after completion, the vendor had not given us all the keys so we contacted Laura and she was really helpful. As a buyer, I was very pleased with the service we received.
