From the time of valuation to the time of agreeing...

From the time of valuation to the time of agreeing a sale price took 2 weeks.

The whole process was explained to us at the time of valuation as in there are three ways of selling your property.

Normal estate agent selling.
Cash purchase but expect only 80% of market value
Last resort by auction.

You are assigned a sales negotiator, ours was Ahmed Seddon, he was professional, polite and always made sure he acted in our best interest, he was only a phone call away to answer any questions, if you use this company I hope you get Ahmed to act for you.

Will I use this company again? Definitely, they maybe a little more expensive than your normal estate agent but they do what they say and promise.
