Terrible company. A property was listed on saturday i called saturday and someone was due to call me.back never happened. Spoke to a webchat agent sunday and then had to call twice monday to arrange a viewing... only to then be told at 3.30pm it had sold that morning. Terrible company you seem to land with a switch board who pretty much interview you just so you can get a viewing only to then say they will pass your details on. Webchat company isnt even theres its a third party company and dont have a clue, Im sure there was something suspicious going on maybe passing leads to ''preferred buyers' for a fee! No way I couldn't get a viewing but someone else could. Avoid
