Very unprofessional service. I booked for a viewing with them for a property in Bradford on 7th Dec 2017. When I visited the property and knocked on the door I was told by the Vendor that it had been sold and that Springbok Properties had removed the Sale Board 2 days ago as she had requested. The following day I contacted them asking to speak to the Manager/Owner and was informed they don't have one as such. When I explained the above he said we are sorry as the property came of the market yesterday afternoon prior to you're viewing, I said funny you should say that since the Vendor said 2 days prior to my viewing you took the board down. He then hesitated and checked and said yes you are right. We are sorry. They wasted my time and didn't have the decency to inform me the property had been sold and subsequently there would be no viewing. The weather was really bad and I had cancelled other commitments and kept my diary free for the viewing.

Very disappointing conduct and the attempt to cover up their failing.
