We would like to thank Bill for sitting with us while we waited for a rental car. He made us feel very comfortable. We would like to thank Noelle and Kayla for their smiles, good humor, and their efficiency with our paperwork. Last and most important, we want to thank Jeremy for delivering the service he promised we would receive. He made the process fun and we laughed a lot and we had no worries while our car was in his care.
