I had a wonderful experience from my initial telephone call with Ashlei and Kayla in the office who both assisted me, who were always so pleasant, sweet and helpful! That made the start of this body shop inquiry experience so easy! I felt confident that I was in the right hands from the start. KJ (Kevin) was instrumental in understanding the work needed and deliver the BMW back looking like brand new! It was amazing! I was pleased with the overall experience, outstanding customer service from the whole team! I highly recommend A+ quality and car to be performed by Southwest Collision and Car Care in Tempe, Arizona.
