Thank you Southwest Collision for serving our community and offering to help people (such as myself) install car seats!! I am a new Mom and did not have any experience installing a car seat. Dierk helped me from start to finish when I arrived with my car seat in a box. He helped me understand the manual and was very thorough in explaining how to install my car seat to ensure it is safe. Thank you for all your help and helping me feel secure in how I have my car seat installed.
