This is an excellent hotel. A very very excellent ...
This is an excellent hotel. A very very excellent hotel with excellent view and nice food taste.
This is an excellent hotel. A very very excellent hotel with excellent view and nice food taste.
We stayed here in October 19. The resort is absolutely amazing. We stayed in a ground floor room with a private plunge pool. The room was very spacious with a very nice big bath tub. The staff were very kind and welcoming all the time.
The main pool and bar was very nice and relaxing, as was the beach.
The lobby bar was was very nice also with a great view.
Plenty of bars and restaurants.
Kalau bisa semua hotel bisa menghargai pekerjaan orang jangan sllu merendahkan
Beautiful hotel complex and good location on Nusa Dua. Easy to get to and from.
Very helpful and incredibly child-friendly staff.
Nice large and spacious rooms.
If you travel with small children, there are two simpler playrooms / corners, one of which is connected to breakfast. Perfect for a few minutes to eat your own breakfast, but at the same time keep an eye on the children. There is also a mare playroom, but here it costs to just be there (regardless of whether you leave the children for childcare or if you want to be there with the children).
Outside the hotel there is a cozy promenade so you can walk between different hotel complexes to try other restaurants or get to sights and more.
To what lowers the grade.
The hotel is very secluded in a luxury area - beautiful and tidy, but lacks much of the domestic charm and feel of Bali.
However, the food in the restaurants was no more than okay and it actually feels a bit boring when you leave with a feeling that just about everything costs extra. The hotel charges about 6 times the price of a soft drink for what it costs in a Minimart.
Even the children's pool was very unimaginative and boring.
Great service excellent food & 5 Star. atmosphere. THANK. YOU
for the relaxation time we will be
back to treasure more pleasure.
Hotel located in Nusa Dua in the area dedicated to resorts.
Very well-kept structure, with 5-star services.
Well-kept room in Balinese style. Availability of direct access from the room to the pool.
Intercontintal breakfast with considerable choices.
Buffet dinner available to customers with intercontinental choices. Kindness and courtesy of staff in a perfect Balinese way.
Only one flaw, the dinner at the restaurant on the beach is very expensive, very low portions for the Balinese prices (we ordered a grilled fish for 4 at a cost of 120 euros - 8 skewers of small shrimps, 8 of squid, 2 fish of 150 gr each, 4 grilled corn on the cob, 8 mixed fish skewers).
Recommended except the beach restaurant
Ps: the rooms in Bali are very humid
The service was not as expected as before. We booked 4 rooms altogether but only given 1 room at 4pm and on top of that, the room was not even ready for new guest. There was used wet floor mat on the chair and the amenities were not ready so it looks like they were forcing the unready room for us.
The 4 rooms' deposit also seemed to be attached to 1 room only. We had to explain to every single room service, pool bar's orders and restaurant's orders that the deposit is to the other room. On our last day, we were given a late check out only until 1pm but by 12pm, we could not even use all the keys anymore. I am sorry but Sofitel Bali has not maintained the 5-star standard as it used to be.
If I can give the hotel 6 stars, then I will definitely do it. The room is very clean and smell fresh. The bed is my favourite, it's very comfortable. The pillow is perfect.
Great 5 star luxury. Try the pool access room's as they don't disappoint.
Great pool, nice room and dinner. Dinner provide all you can eat oyster. Breakfast need to be improved, too much quantity with low quality. Our rooms have smelly toilet near the closet. Smells like pee. I cal the engineer, they try to fix it, but fail. Smells bad all day long. The room floor upgraded into 60x60 statuario marble granite tile. The service is not good, asking for dinner plate take 30 minutes.. Very slow service. Check out take 15 minutes. The massage are good. Overall, Cleanliness, house keeping, breakfast, and service need to be improve, or else people will choose Apurva Kempinski Hotel.
From checkin to checkout, excellent service throughout.
Staff training is of the highest standard I have experienced anywhere.
Just in front of Bali Airport
Waiting for airplane and relaxing
Spa massage available
Stay was good..but been accor member also we could not get early check in by even one hour or late check out by 1 hour..we had requested the same as we had an infant with us. Also first night while dining at Kwee zene we saw a cockroach roaming near our table and it went in our bag..not expecting the same at Sofitel..though the manager gave us dinner on the house but still with kids with us does not feel hygienic.
We were not able to use the plunge pool as it was cold throughout due to the shade so we feen the water in plunge pool needs to be temperature controlled to enjoy the same.
As we were vegetarians the ala carte menu had limited options and had to repeat most of them when we are staying for 4 nights.
Spa was expensive but excellent. Stay was good but we expected more from sofitel.
Rooms are amazing, grounds look incredible and are on a beautiful beach. Room service food was good but nothing special and there seems to be a bit of a language barrier on occasion with some staff.
All in all, happy with the stay and would recommend
Excellent hotel with magnificent location and beach.
We stayed 6 nights in the hotel, very friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool bar happy hours from 15:00 to 19:00. If you want to try pizza in pool bar the Caprino pizza is the best choice.
I was in jungle view room, quite big and comfortable but I suggest the rooms with pool access, it is the best choice for pool lovers. The pool opens from 7 am and ends around 19:00, if you want to swim after 19:00 there is a bar near the beach it s open till 23:30 with a pool.
Nice hotel, we've been here 3 years ago during the soft opening and were surprised about the actual status.. I hope management could monitore more closely the service quality.
Hello friends. Good location.nice beach....Good location
Having gone around the island and checking out the other hotel, I can safely say I was super glad we chose to stay here. By far the highest quality. Service is fantastic. Plenty of options for food. The rooms are gorgeous and the pool areas are stunning. Highly recommend. Family friendly. Great value for money. PS: fantastic gym facilities and spa!!!!!
Advantages: There are small swimming pools for children, small fountains and small slides for children. It is convenient to walk from the hotel room to the beach for five minutes. The beach has free bath towels and the service is good. Disadvantages: The hotel can play less and is boring for adults. The beach is very average, it is boring, and you can only pay for water projects. The drinking water in the room is glass bottle, which is not convenient to open, and it is even more inconvenient to carry out; the water has a salty taste and does not quench the thirst. The restaurant food is expensive and unpalatable, salty and dead. The juice is rushed instead of freshly squeezed juice. It is necessary to drink freshly squeezed juice, line up to pick the fruit and let the waiter squeeze it for you. Traveling nearby depends on renting, which leads to no choice in eating. Overall, this hotel facility and service is not worth its price. I will choose to try other hotels in the future.
Excellent Hotel
Nice pool
Good break fast
Need some sign at some point for guest go to lobby or pool from the room.
Good for kids, they are enjoying connected pool accessible directly from our room. There are sandy pool, and poolbar. Perfect. There are private beach but a bit dirty because of trashes.
Good resort hotel to relax and have fun with family and friends
The best hotel, ge love the five star pokoko satisfied with service, service, private pool with great price and expensive service recommended for family holidays by choosing luxury King room
Less than five-star level, three reasons:
1. We checked in two days ago. When we checked in at the beginning, we said that we didn't have breakfast for an extra charge. When we were ready to swipe, we took the initiative to take out the Chinese version of the order and said that there was breakfast. The meal was confirmed again, otherwise it was almost White deducted money, (and did not apologize).
2. When checkout checkout, we pay by cash, the result did not take the initiative to change, we only remembered after leaving, although it is a small amount of money, but did not feel bad.
3. We had a TAXI to the airport and told it to pick up at 13 o'clock the night before. At CHECK OUT, the counter staff said that I had to change time to find another person. So at 11:30, I expressed to the conciergeg staff that I would change to TAXI in 1200 time. The other party said that it was good, but when the actual 1200 arrived at the hotel entrance, they first said that they waited for five minutes, but they did not have a car until 1215. The person at the door said that it was a leak, and he had to scream.
The above services do not meet the five-star standard.
A great place to stay in Nusa Dua, beach access, great service
for the umpteenth time I had the opportunity to stay at Sofitel Nusadua Bali
A comfortable luxury hotel but affordable for those who want to enjoy hotel facilities everywhere
because the room is comfortable complete with shower and bathtub and complete facilities for the shower
also at breakfast the breakfast is great with a variety of menus that can meet different tastes ...
swimming pool unit that is comfortable for families
and walking and atmosphere. beach behind the uhh romantic
I'm a member of Toyota's big family who are lucky to get a luxurious hotel room on the 2nd floor with a view full of beautiful balconies
Last year, when the basement room was equipped with a private pool ... unfortunately when I checked in the night I asked the receptist, the answer made me feel uncomfortable.
overall the best is staying at the recommended Sofitel
Bellisimo the hotel and excellent service! Many mosquitoes but I asked to put insecticide in the room and everything was solved
Experience beyond imagination an unforgettable place
Incredible hotel, fantastic facilities, and first class service. The customer comes first here and the staff's constant efforts to make guests feel welcome is commendable. The pool has a bar and flows throughout the hotel.
This was hands down one of the best places I have visited.
Everything here is magical. A beautiful resort of great architecture, landscape and pool design, with excellent and friendly staff service available at your every beck and call. The sense of arrival provided by the architecture alone is becoming of the experience that lies ahead. With the surrounding majesty of the cascading waterfall as you drive up, and the triple height spiraling lobby area that welcomes you, you ll be forgiven for thinking that John Hammond and Dr Alan Grant will be soon joining you, for there is no expense spared, and in the spirit of Dr Malcolm, even the most skeptical of visitors with preconceptions of what a tourists resort would be, Sofitel life will find a way to dazzle and amaze you here. With a radial matrix of sublime wood columns, beams and arches welcoming you, the magnificent entry space provides a social lung that breathes in the warm humid and comforting ocean air as you explore the reception, take in the ocean and garden views from the lobby, and spiral your way down towards the aromas of fresh coffee and culinary delights of the main restaurant and juice bar area below.
The pool side bar, just one of the many in the hotel, serves a crescendo of cocktails and the crisp local Bintang beer. Drink seated at the wet bar, sip at your sun bed or swim the pool and surrounding lagoons with your beverage of choice - the experience never gets old. A cascade of wading pools, pools for swimming and some for simply marveling at, draw the visitor out towards the beaches edge, away from the main complex and via an array of massage pergolas, yoga plinths, a secluded child safe specific play area with splash pools and eventually a choice of waterfront restaurant and club bars for those wanting to lounge in the day and party through the night. The beach and the expansive views that accompany it, (...an early morning wander to catch the sunrise is a must!) offer sunbeds, private pergolas and waterside loungers, with of course, further food and bar service available.
The rooms are wonderful, and equipped with everything you need....although some no charge bottled water would be welcomed. Private or lagoon access plunge pools right from your room are an excellent touch, while rain showers and generous stand alone bath tubs exude luxury. (Just be cautious of the slippery floor tiles when wet!)
Activities and a well equipped gym provide for very life style. With group gym classes available at a cost, free archery and badminton and very affordable bike rentals for exploring the surroundings of Nusa Dua, the local shopping mall and the waterfront are convenient and welcome amenities.
The food is incredible. The guide books say to avoid western dishes in Bali....that doesn t apply here. The La Cucina restaurant is excellent, with authentic Italian and Mediterranean stone baked pizzas and delicious pasta dishes. More authentic local fare can be enjoyed beach side at the Toya bar and grill, with delicious banana leaf wrapped rice and noodle dishes. The gem in the crown however is the main Kwee-Zeen buffet restaurant. Don t let the name buffet deter you....this is no ordinary buffet (...if Carlsberg made buffets). With exquisite surroundings, each corner of the worlds cuisine is represented, from delightful French pastries, cured meats and cheeses to authentic Japanese noodles, freshly crushed and blended tropical fruit smoothies of every Colour and of particular note, the pan Asian extravaganza of curries. With flavors, textures and aromas that entice all of ones senses, the $50CAD / R499K price tag for the dinner is worth every penny...it s like a complimentary massage for the taste buds. Don t forget the breakfast buffet of pastries, cereals, eggs one thousand ways, sausage, bacon, and even good old BAKED BEANS is included!
Some might feel detached from an authentic Bali experience in this bubble world of Nusa Dua, but if one seeks pure relaxation, beauty, pampering and wonderment.... Sofitel Nusa Dua is the place to be. We eagerly await our return.
Great place to stay. But only little choices for breakfast, maybe due to covid. We stayed here 3nights, always have the same breakfast menu. 1 type of Fried Rice, 1type of Fried Noodle, 1type of sausage, egg station, 1 type of oup noodle, small selection of fruits . Orange & Apple Juice (packaged not freshly juice).
1 month ago we went to Kempinski Nusa Dua Bali, their breakfast is still superb (although is still covid era).
A bit overrated if I may say. I just able to get into the room at 5 PM, after I chase the receptionist and saying that I have another event to attend. They gave us complimentary high tea but still I think 5 PM was just too late.
When we arrived at the room, the carpet was dirty (I don't think it was vacuum). They have coffee maker for illy coffee but turn out that it s not free (like the other hotel).
Breakfast was OK but again seems that not enough staff to handle the crowd.
They have several sports activities but most of them they charge a fee.
Compare to the price I paid, I believe I can get much better service in other hotel.
One of my recent favorite hotel in Bali! The room is great, price is matched with the quality and services and the beach are kids friendly and clean on the hotel side =D
Very memorable 3 days staying at this hotel, complete facilities to a delicious menu are very satisfying.
don't like the smell of the room, like the smell of an old hotel room, even though the room is spacious, unfortunately it just smells less like it. swimming pool and kids club standard.
the breakfast is not good, it's expensive, but there are not many variations, the taste is not good. taste not worth the price. order juice at the juice station, but the tool has been used for jis before, so asking for watermelon juice has a taste of ginger, basil, etc.
the one that you like here, the beach ... just like hotels with beaches, it adds its own points
TOP Luxury Hotel in Bali
Stayed for 2 nights but I wish i have stayed longer. Booked a plunge pool room and it was very spacious and perfectly designed. Quiet with double glazing, luxurious bathroom and a bed you simply don't want to leave it soon. Super comfort!
Indah, the front office staff is attentive with the sweet decoration in the room .Highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to experience French Luxury Hospitality at it is finest.
Worth the upper market price, the food was beautiful.
The hotel, the beach, and the view was amazing. But if you expect a quite place to go, sofitel is not a choice.
The Sofitel in Bali Nusa Dua is a perfect place to come to for peace and serenity at a humble place.
The staff are 100% on top of their game when it comes to service, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, especially one in particular who goes by the name Tarka who works in the Kwee Zeen restaurant. He wanted nothing more than to be of service, always with a smile and was very delightful to have around.
This is the place where you want to be.
Nice hotel .. elite ... luxurious ... Security is also friendly in directing guests ...
Performed here for #JOGOESVROOM
Great property but slow on service!
Must visit though!!
My girlfriend is an overnight guest here. The room was very nice and their room decor were great too. Their service was good. The beach of this hotel is the typical very nice beach of Nusa dua. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices and they were very good.
Fantastic hotel. Beautifull pools. Great staff and service. We had one of the suites with ocean and pool view. Will be back.
Not a 5 star hotel, it is a 4, Shower is weak and bathroom are dark.
limited activities, the beach that outside the hotel is full of shell.
Outstanding! Small nuisances here and there, but all forgivable considering the overall appeal and beauty of this place.
This is a tastefully designed, large vacation complex. Large enough to get lost in. I wish they had better signage for main interest areas from common starting points.
Food is generally good with some minor disappointents, like cold, stale bruschetta or bad espresso.
Interior and exterior are world class, but here and there, there's evidence of mauntenance slip-up such as toilet seat underrim with caked on urine or mold in hard to see parts of the sink.
Espresso machine is there but pods are only available from the minibar, they are over a year old too. Establishments of this type generally have espresso pods included as a courtesy.
Highlight? Landscaping and natural setting. This is a botanical garden with accommodation within.
Staff are polite and helpful.
All my little negative observations aside this place is worth the money and I would definitely stay here again.
