Went to watch our grandchildren have swimming lessons and then ate at the snack bar. Pretty good food selection at mostly fair prices. No refills on drinks purchased would be my only complaint.

Camped here years ago and loved it. Made our first trip back this weekend and was not impressed. First off getting into my pull through site was terriable due to a tree that needs trimmed baldy 3rd time out with a new camper, now I have some nice scratches to buff out. It was my only approach into the site. Campsites are very close together. There was a rental unit that was beside us, that was facing us, so when we sat out we were on top off the neighbors. Then the golf carts as other reviewers have stated. A golf cart is a must here because the camp ground is so large that it is a hike to all the activities. But the teenagers running them are out of control, they only know to drive as fast as they can. One young girl, maybe 13 at most, keep speeding past us everytime she was staring at her cell phone, not watching where she was going. They do have a great pool and adult only hot tub. Their ice cream and snak shop is great! All in all we had a good time, it's just not what it once was.

Extremely loud street noise.

All Bathrooms are currently closed.
We had to leave the same night, because we weren't able to sleep.

My family and I stayed here for a week in May 2019. Initially we had high expectations due to the review and photos. It lived up to some of them. Lets look as the Pro's:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we first checked in our original site was a mud pit and they switched us to a less muddy site. Additionally the main house restrooms were very clean and well maintained. The store offered a good selection for common forgotten items for purchase.

Moving along to the Con's:

Initially you are welcomed by what looks like a run down lodge and a campground full on long term campers and module homes. Some look amazing and are well kept while others look like they have not seen a visitor in years. About 75% of the grounds are occupied by the long term residents leaving only a few sites available to those of us who travel. During my stay in addition to the main bath house I visited two others on the grounds and to great disappointment they look to be in dire disrepair and need a lot of attention. It looks like the owners just appear to do temp fixes to keep things running rather than proper repairs. The roads were once paved but have only seen added gravel in sections over the years. The sewer connections are all open connections so if you stay bring some weights to hold your lines down.

My biggest complaint I would have to say is the ability to reach the staff. I called several times, different days, and different times, both before arriving and after arriving and never got anyone to answer a phone. I even walked down to the main office and asked the member working the store and they laughed it off saying I just didn't answer it.
I'm sure if your reading this, you may ask how was I able to book my site. Facebook Messenger, Yes I had to message them on Facebook and after a few back and forth messages and missed phone calls we finally got it booked. (That should have been a sign)

My second biggest complaint is enforcement of the rules. There are signs posted everywhere that the speed limit is 5 mph and that all vehicles must be driven by licensed drivers, and not to operate golf carts with gas engines after 11PM yet on Friday and Saturday night my family was kept up till after midnight by the sounds of people driving around. During the day I watch as cart after cart passed by with children no more then 14 years of age driving carts. Some obeying the speed and rules and others making them up as they go. The part that put me off was when I watch a grounds truck watch as kids sped past them and all they did was laugh about it. What is the point of rules if your not going to enforce them?

Now lets be honest. Over all this is a nice place to stay for an over night'er. I wouldn't, however, recommend it for a vacation. Nice place which is why I gave it three starts but it really needs a lot of work and improvements.

Bingo dabbin', pool pleasure and an arcade of awesome. The general store has a little bit of everything and then some. They have camp events throughout the season as well. Oh yeah, you can go camping too!

I will never go back to this campground. It seems like such a lovely place to (which is why we booked it) and we ended up having the worst experience here. Cabins 1 and 3 had BED BUGS in them and our children were getting bit up. We got 3 cabins and got reimbursed for one cabin only.
We were to stay til Monday but are leaving early cause we finally got all our stuff out of the cabins after having to spend 90% of our time here doing laundry 60 dollars + later. Took 2 days to get all our stuff washed in hopes we don't bring these bed bugs home.
And they acted like it was no big deal and they didn't care that now we have risk taking these bugs home with us. I would never recommend anyone staying in any cabin here.
I feel like they could have handled the situation in a nicer manner.and I hope nobody else has to go through what we just dealt with.

look its not that bad the facilities are well kept its not run down. however its not for young people who want to have fun. there are a lot of rules and a curfew you can't even go in the hot tube unless your 21 but if your a little older and are looking for a quiet evening its perfect the only problem you would have is that the camping areas are a little close together and you could end up with in 5 ft of somebody else but the people are nice and so is the pool and arcade ext... but if you want to party I'd look somewhere else.

place is great , everything nice and clean and rates are fair. Only is issue is all signs says pool is open at 10, we got here at 11 and get told the pool doesn't open until twelve due to swimming lessons. Really wonderful to listen to little ones cry that they can't go in. So much for pool being included in rate. Not fair. Either make lessons earlier or change pool times. quiet a few have shown up to swim to get turned away.

My family and I have been keeping here for 20 some years and we love it!! Other note we would like to keep the pool opened a lot longer than just till 8 or 9 o'clock. But other than that its a great place to camp

Sad to say how bad this place has got over the last few years. They need to update majorly! No outside outlets to cabins no running water either have to walk to bathroom to do dishes etc. Not very friendly to tent campers either. Wmn bthm didn't even have enough water to wash hands. Filthy disguisting showers. If ur going somewhere for quiet this isn't it. Kids driving golf carts all day long. When they tell u everyone 16 in their paperwork. We find out different. Don't actually enforce quiet hour. Charge ppl ridiculous fees for no electric or cable or running water $50 a site is crazy when not much to do. I was very disappointed in this place this yr. Had to clean bathrooms and shower every time I used them. Hopefully they make some changes or my family and extended family won't return!

We were very lucky to have had 3+ weeks here. The staff is friendly. The park is kept clean. The laundry facilities are kept clean. The seasonal residents are nice. The pool seems to be nice and clean. They even have a small pool side restaurant and ice cream shop. I would most definitely recommend to others.

Look elsewhere This was our first trip here and will be our last. Between interstate 80 road noise which is so incredibly loud and the 500 golf carts riding around until after 11 pm and later. Riding up and down the roads just for fun. I literally watched the same person ride up and down four times in 5 minutes holding their beer. They stop on the carts outside your camper talking to each other. You can t even enjoy sitting around a fire. We went to the arcade 1/2 the machines were out of order. Mini golf course is falling apart. Hot tub at the pool is broken. Life guards playing on their phones instead of watching people in the pool. More interested in adjusting their rap music the entire time with vulgarity. The pool itself was nice only part about the camp ground that was decent. Basically a huge white trash campground. I have no clue who would give this place more than a one star review. Must have got a discount on their yearly lot rent to leave a good review. Stay away!

Fantastic place to spend the weekend and go fishing on their own lake! Plenty of things to do for kids, lots of events going on and an arcade, 2 playgrounds, volleyball, basketball , horseshoes and shuffle board are all available here as well. Also it has a very large pool with an adult only hot tub to take the stress off the day!

Our family has been going here since the early 80's when I was a young pup. I just recently returned after living across the country for 15 years and it's much the same. Plenty to do here and above average offerings from traditional campgrounds. They have a private lake, golf course, mini golf, pool, arcade, event hall, play ground, general store, ice cream shop, restaurant, and plenty of community events. The location is fantastic for using as base camp to go off and explore Cook's Forest and the Allegheny National Forest. Super close to Clarion as well which has plenty of small town charm and offerings. My only observation that was really quite a distraction is the number of golf carts. So many people have them to get around the grounds that it borders on obnoxious. Especially at night is was just one after another including one with flashing disco lights and a booming stereo. Exceptionally inappropriate! People go camping to get away from that garbage! Ahem, sorry... I feel very strongly about that. Otherwise it's really quite nice.

$50 REWARD !! ...

$50 REWARD !! For positive proof of persons responsible for crashing into fence at Lot 316 on 7- 11 -20 between 6-8 pm. and not having the decency to confront me about it . This is just another reason that age and speed limits should be ENFORCED and not ALWAYS over looked by proper authority .As a permanent site holder I am disappointed to see others disrespect the rules and regulation as stated in the guideline when renewing yearly lot applications. We are having an awesome summer here and hope everyone else is enjoying there time here also but please be respectful to your fellow campers . Small children are everywhere and I would be heartbroken to see this happen to a child instead of a fence .

I have been camping at wolff's for 25 years, started out pulling our camper each weekend to find it was so lovely we went permanent.
I call it pleasantville, all the staff as well as the campers are all so nice and helpful, and kind.
The amenities if you have a family are wonderful, pool-shuffleboard- horse shoes- dance- Golf course basketball- volleyball-movie night- yard sales- snack shack- Ice cream- store- Pool parties- Fire truck rides -miniature golf - fishing ,clean bathrooms and showers- laundromat, fire pits, picnic tables.
Have a problem go to the office and someone shows up to give you a hand,
My children are raised, and now my granddaughter is loving the place.
I do not know were in America that you can have such quality time with your family for such a minimal amount of money.
The locals even rent golf carts
It is my Pleasantville- listening to the sound of laughter from the children, the smell of the camp fire- smelling the food cooking in the air,it is all so lovely.
I must also mention honest- I left a small purse at the pool and over the loudspeaker hours later , the voice said if you left a small red purse at the pool please come to the office to pick it up.
I had 50.00 in the purse -how cool is that.
I have been all over the country - on camping vacations and this place is by far the best.
Great restaurants near by.
Happy Camping
Sincerely,
Debbie
