This is the second time my wife Eleni Dadana and I we visited Sofitel Nusa Dua. An unfortunate incident occurred and Mr Victor Guillemot came out of his way to assist us. It shows a great way of French hospitality, professionalism and pride. Mille Merci Sofitel staff, and Monsieur Victor.

Great property!! Beautiful pools and good activities taking place in hotel everyday. The buffet breakfast was just amazing.
Rooms & facilities are good. Stayed at plunge pool room one & half year ago, the fridge was barely cold at all.
This time staying in a seaview room, the fridge is once again not cold enough. So I think it has something to do with the fridge model.
Had no complain with the plunge pool room, but the sea view should be more appropriately called a pool view room as we can barely see the sea.
Had brunch at Cucina at it had a really nice spread of food to choose from at the buffet. We came during Christmas so there was a special Christmas brunch going on. Upon arriving we were served welcome drinks, there was live music playing and the waiters were all really nice and attentive. All in all a great experience which I'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice buffet experience.
A phenomenal hotel. The staff is hyperamable and helpful. The rooms are spacious and everything is well maintained although it shows that the design has a time. Breakfast has several spectacular buffet areas with great variety. Several restaurants (Asian, Italian and international) some only at night and others all day. Water sports on the beach .... Good choice

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Hotel is a hotel with a beautiful resort. the view from the hotel room is very good, the rooms are very spacious, clean and sophisticated. Restorant with various types of delicious food and there is one special room for fresh juice and vegetables that we can choose to prepare directly fresh. The restaurant waiter is very kind and friendly and very much helps with directing which food is halal or not because maybe visitors rarely use the hijab living in this hotel.
The private beach was beautiful, something you cannot see in Massachusetts. The reason I gave 4 stars for this hotel, is that staff would never come to your room for air conditioning problem unless you haven't called them for 4 times. If this is improven, I'd give this hotel a straight 5 stars. Overall, outstanding performance.
The hotel area is huge, we are almost lost. Everything is very sumptuous and beautifully designed. We were in one of the reataurants. It was delicious, but not so ideal for vegetarians.
A pleasant resting place so the food was good and a memorable experience.
One of the best hotel in Nusa Dua in my opinion. The room is so spacious and the interior is magnificent. If you are couple and want to honeymonn, I recommend this hotel. The facilities are so complete.

Bicycles should be provided free of charge because of the vast area of the hotel, don't commercialize them for rent.
The capucinno coffee is not good enough
This establishment looks like public housing bars stuck together.
The room is good, a little dirty for a 5 *, the carpet has stains, the teapot is broken and not replaced even when you ask for room service, and the white marks in the shower do not breathe freshness.
The beach is not well landscaped, the trees are young shoots so no shade, the pool rises to the level with the massaging water jets.
The infamous restaurant / room service there is no other word it's so bad, luckily the breakfast is really excellent that's what saves this hotel from the 1 star.
We tried to book excusions a real rip off, more expensive than if we did not book ourselves and no arrangement: we had to go to another hotel at our expense to be picked up by the mini bus of the company that made the excusions , better when we make the remark to the staff "what interest I have in you, you were more expensive and I have to go at my expense in another hotel to be recovered" he laughs and answers you uninhibited "no interest"
In short I do not recommend you to go there, you have a number of hotels with much better services.
Sofitel was nice and checked all the boxes.
Some things were amazing and others fairly disappointing.
The check in process was simple and quick. We were greeted in our room by 2 small cakes, one for our anniversary and the other my wife s birthday. (I told them all this in an email in advance). Nice touch.
In addition we were told we were chosen as guest of the day and would receive a free 3 course meal. Wow, awesome :) the dinner was great and we only had to pay for drinks.
Our room had a private pool which was awesome. The staff were all very efficient, but you know you re in a big resort and feel like more of a number than a smaller hotel. The rooms are starting to get a little old in terms of decor and fittings. But not bad at all, just an observation.
The breakfast which we paid for in advance was great. But the service wasn t, in particular with regard to tea and coffee. Often taking 20 to 30 mins and arriving cold. Tables stood dirty for ages preventing the next wave of guests for getting into breakfast quickly.
We had a pleasant stay, but found in particular the drinks to be very overpriced when compared to other establishments in the area.

Luxus room, good service and super breakfast. Beach is direct from the hotel. I and my partner spent a special time there.
So frustrating as huge wedding on. This meant limited access to hotel facilities, sleeplessness nights from inconsiderate wedding guests and meal times very busy.
I had booked four rooms 2x2 for two families. Ours faced a wall on the first floor and our friends had an ocean view on the top floor - same room type?? Apparently so. We could not be moved due to the wedding. Check in was the most lengthy I have ever experienced and after requesting being all together we were at opposite end of this huge resort. We booked 10mon in advance.
On occasions we waited long times for drinks and meals, finally after a few days I and our families had had enough. The duty manager and reception manager were very polite and we received a lovely complimentary dinner and pool side drinks.
Finally 3 days prior to our departure the guests left. What a different place and we finally relaxed and enjoyed our time.
So overall the hotel is good, food 4 star in the main restaurant. Great for families and easy access to the beach.
Perhaps notification about the wedding would have been professional. I'm a travel agent and have stayed at many hotels and therefore have a bit of knowledge in regards to all this. It was hard to rate this as we had come from Peppers Seminyak (4.5 stars for accommodation and 5 stars for food and service). Sofitel 4 stars and that's generous.

Stayed in the pool villa for 4 days and 3 nights in mid-January this year.
It was a very satisfactory accommodation.

You can enjoy afternoon tea with a cool view.
There weren't many guests, so it was easy to use the amenities.
The hotel's swimming pool is spacious and good. Sunbad is enough.
The sunbed is well laid out for tanning on the beach
You can also get a massage.
The swimming pool in the pool villa is also the right size for couples to enjoy.
If you need to move, you can contact Butler and use a buggy.
The restaurants in the hotel are also good atmosphere and taste good.
Payment can be made with either dollar or rupiah card
Highly recommended for those who are quiet and need rest.
Club Mad is located next to Sofitel.
The butlers were kind so we got along well without any discomfort.

This hotel is really good. Facility is complete, Spacious room, brightly clean, and many place to go in the hotel. They have they own private beach. And also they give a photo session as a complementary. The service was excellent.

Five-star hotel, but many details are not as good as the general hotel, very disappointing, in order to neglect the small details affecting the child's sleep quality and length, we have to laboriously change the room
Really good place for honeymoon and family vacation
Always loving the big pool and private beach. Food is expensive, but the good thing is you can always bring food from the outside. Room is nice, big & modern, but the biggest problem is water pressure that causing inconsistent water temperature (shower water can be very hot & then cold).
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay perfect, well done.
For such a luxury hotel the food was much lower quality than any of the Jalan Mengiat restaurants. I cannot complain about the service though, it was great.

We had a good stay over here.
Our bathroom had water flowing down from the wall above wall.To our knowledge there was a water pipe burst in the toilet above ours!!
So our room was changed by the management.. They took time but then it was fine..
All together we had a good time. Location Food service everything was good... Perfect family place
