Fantastic place with excellent service and phenomenal food and beverages

Always a great place to spend the day and amazing buffet lunches and Sunday brunch. Pools are amazing and very spread out so you don t feel crowded. Highly recommended.

Overall I satisfied with the service of the hotel however the lay out including numbering of room make me confuse and lost several times.

This place is very good and the friendship is very friendly

Wow Bali Bali Nusa Dua beach resort is really cool, premium class hotel that is very comfortable and complete, suitable for romantic couples. Relaxing facing the beach while enjoying the evening atmosphere, it feels like to come back again ..

Really good hotel in good location right on the beach. Food at various restaurants excellent. Terrific for a special occassion.

I'm giving 5 Stars because of the beds! Sooooo comfy! The suites are gorgeous here. Unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast. Next time I will. But this is a nice resort.

Villa with plunge pool room no 7010.Pool and bedroom both had centipedes ,lizards,ants.2 nights we spent 4.5 juta but such dirty pool that couldnt swim and sleeping was nightmare for my kid.Villas are very dirty.We will never go with accor group.very bad experience

The rooms are good. with a huge bed about 3x long. the staff is really great. very welcoming. on the other hand the service is very slow unfortunately. We have to wait for our coffee for about 15 minutes. :-( the big buffet to the beach is great.all the same to the food, i was sick 2x times in a row ... :-(

Sofitel resort hotel is one of my favourite. A perfect place for leisure/holiday, with family, or friends, or even by yourself. Very friendly staff. And thx u also to Ms. Yuni, the recepcionist, who was very kind to inform us about the resort. Will definitely come back.

5-star hotel, services, breakfast and various meals at the height of the stars. Perhaps a little expensive Italian wines, but you can't have everything in life. We have often stayed at the really nice local beachside Niki Beach.

All staff is friendly, all food is good, fitness center is good (this is important for me ), room is excellent, pool is good, easy access to the beach , they also have a beach club (Manarai beach club),

Stayed at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua in July 2018. The stay was a huge disappointment. This resort is not on par with other Sofitels we've stayed at around the world.

The room was dinghy, smelly and run down. Our original room had a faulty shower, requiring us to be moved.

The dining area where we had breakfast was cave like and overcrowded. The dining options are a let down, we ended up eating at the other resorts. The concierge is very average and only recommends restaurants and services provided by the hotel. The outdoor area and beach were nice but there was noisy construction on at that time. At night time the other neighboring resorts were a lot livelier.

The resort supplies 2 varieties of water, the premium which comes at a price, and the regular which is complementary. A couple of premium bottles of water are provided at the start of the stay. The regular water is unpalatable, I suppose the idea is that customers will instead pay for the premium variety. Other resorts in our stay in Bali had the regular plastic bottle water which is available everywhere and tastes good. Puzzling why Sofitel does it this way.

Stayed in private plunge pool room , in wich does not stand for its name, firstly it is not private at all , clearly accessible and visible from three sides ,workers walking on footpath starring at you as they go pass, secondly the pool ( should be called a pond) is only knee deep. room is an eye soar with lots of furniture and a bathtub almost in the middle of the room. It is a shame for a massive resort . Service was excellent very lovely people wherever you you go

It was worse than many reviews.
The first time I smelled mold in my room, my head hurt for one day. All right after changing the room on the second day.
Breakfast was very good. But the bowls are too dirty. It's a 5 star hotel, but the sanitation of the dishes is really bad.

Traveled with children aged 7 and 5. Kids pool is very silly for kids this age. Recommended to use another hotel

The design is very good, the overall planning is also very comfortable, and the heart of the hotel can be seen everywhere. But there are always some places that are not in place. One afternoon, I said that I was going to clean. We let the room go out for several hours. It was not long before I came back and said that I had to check the mini bar. I went out and there was no one to come to the house. I will not let this time. He came in. A + card 50% off only the restaurant can be used, bar can not be used a bit unexpected, wifi entire hotel is good, but will be intermittent

It was a plesant trip but hotel need to maintain the quality of the room and service provided. Got some bugs in the toilet and despite the hotel only 2 years old but can see the wear and tear in the room

My baby (1 yo) was very happy swim in Sofitel and play in the beach. Breakfast also perfect.

Got problem with closet but solved around 30 minutes. distance from lobby to room a bit far.

This hotel has all the relaxation needs you definitely looking for, starting from the huge prestigious hotel entrance, which is generally knowing for palaces entrance and there are 2 security checkpoints before entering this magnificent facility, you are safe as a VIP.
Check-in experience was amazing and the check-in lounge was relaxing, you can ask for coffee or chilling tea if you want it s all complementary.
The hotel is huge so don t get tried walking to your own room, because the far your room is from the lobby the closer you are to the beach, pool, and many other hotel attractions. And a little peace of a advise, email your ticket and expected time of arrival to the front desk so you will get the fastest check in experience ever.
Breakfast was delicious and amazing, the main Resturant KweeZeen is basically Asian restaurant so don t expect round-world-food, they served continental breakfast though besides the Asian food, there is no orange juice but there is huge variety of fresh juices there. I also find it quite hard to communicate with most of the hotel staff as they have poor English, but the front desk and room services are very professional.
In-room dining was magnificent, try all kind of pasta, burgers, soups, and salads it s all on point.
The pool and lagoon was amazing, and the pool bar experience was unforgettable, you can have cocktails and then order some finger food or entire lunch course, they are quick and clean also delicious (try the tuna pizza! You will fall in love).
They left some tea making tools, and relaxing tea in the room, take a hot bath on your room and enjoy cup of Balinese tea.
The spa experience is unforgettable, the spa hall is huge and designed in such relaxing concept, even the couples massage room was huge and relaxing, they attached home music system where you can play your favorite playlist during your massage session, love it!
Basically, neat, quite, chilling, friendly environment and great value for money, location is safe and fancy. Stayed at Room 6127 3rd - 9th Aug.

I travel fairly extensively for work and I must say this was the best experience I've had at a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and more than helpful. From the moment of check in where you are greeted until after you checkout you will not experience kinder people. I was given a choice to upgrade to a pool access room at check-in and it was well worth it. I will definitely be returning again hopefully sooner rather than later.

Beautiful and refined hotel area in direct beach location.

I know its covid, but the service for a hotel of this caliber should be better. Went from a all u can eat buffet to, ale cart can only order 2 dishes... Hot water appeared to be turned off... The water at one point ran out (water torrent empty) ... Everytime i wanted to order from the bar, had to wat 10-15minutes for service... And place was just tooo big, my room key didnt work and i had to walk back 10-15minutes to lobby... Phones to lobby always busy, and cant even call the external phone line

But the room was spacious and nice, and hotel was beautiful... But for me, i wont ever go back
