Very luxury hotel. A bit far from, can't walk back from Bali Collection

Spent 8 nights at Sofitel Nusa Dua in a pool access room. This hotel was well maintained by staff who were always helpful and willing to assist with any requests. There is a variety of restaurants with delicious foods on offer. A big thank you to everyone, especially the club millesime lounge staff, and concierge Tai, for assisting us with locating some packing material for purchased wooden carvings. We are looking forward to returning to this resort and would highly recommend it for any traveler.

Sofitel Nusa Dua perfect our Bali trip. The room ambiance, green landscape, friendly staff and serene environment makes us forget about all stress. We definitely will go back again for this memorable experience. You guys did a good job!

Really good hotel, excellent service and very pleasant atmosphere. Staff are helpful & friendly, restaurants all high quality. Second time here and returned after a couple of stays at the Westin as I think this is a much nicer experience.

Being a member of the Accor hotels program, I had to try Sofitel in Bali.
The hotel is beautiful, the welcome by the staff was perfect.
Only downside is the mini bar in the room which is small, no place to put the cake that my girlfriend bought me.

A place for high-end tourist, who love smooth woods, jazz, and comfy beds. Lovely, lovely, lovely.

Our room.was upgraded to one bedroom.villa.. awesome .. love the private pool and spaciousness of the room.
Outdoor shower is a must

Service. Food, cleaning is so bad.
Also I'm sure in bad financial condition.
Because everysign is focus on there own business (restaurant, massage, activities) advertising for money. Nothing for customers. I will never go and recommend to my friends.

Excellent holiday at the Sofitel my wife , Michelle and I had the Luxury Suite which was outstanding with brilliant views of the ocean - what topped off our holiday was the incredible service from Eddi our allocated 'butler' he was outstanding - thankyou Eddi regards Jeff & Michelle Daley

Five star luxury you would expect from Accor group. The buffets here are voluminous so come with an empty stomach!

Price does not deceive its rating nor does it cheat on exceptional service, beach access, directly there is a beachclub, it's also like that, to want to relax, recommend the hotel

Overall good. But unfortunately when I placed the room, there were some items that were not clean enough.

1 teaspoon. This teaspoon has traces of previous use which are just wiped away. Why do you know, because there are signs.

2. Blanket. This blanket has a spot that fits really well at the top. So when I want to sleep, that blanket, see.

3. Bathrobe. There is also a spot on the edge of the chest.

What I know, sofitel is 5 star. But the cleanliness is still not okay. Just like a 4 star.

Not enough sit down lobby, coffee is not cheap, friendly staff, bring own driver, wifi for lobby also 20mnt walk to nearest village, shops, resto, convenience stores, come with me as your escort or driver, like that

Hotel atmosphere is very beautiful and green. very many plants but clean of insects.
Hotel service is very friendly, we really enjoy club millese and our children can be left at the kids club and enjoy their choice of meal.

The first impression is not so good. Welcoming is not friendly and waits long enough to check-in is not good. We also found impatience at breakfast and dinner. It seems that this hotel prioritizes foreign guests. However, for a very good room with a plunge pool and sweet surprises for our honeymoon, breakfast here is the best during our trip in Bali. Much appreciated. The beach is also very beautiful, with great cleanliness and facilities. Thank you Sofitel Nusa Dua.

Our family had a great time here in the resort. The ambience is really a 5star hotel, very clean and the staff is very hospitable. They have a fantastastic pool, kids and adults enjoyed swimming in the massive pool.Their sunday brunch is the best!

The beach club next door under full moon was great. An awesome evening.

We came for a wedding and spent most of our 5 day trip on property with our kids. We loved the pool with all the little nooks and crannies to explore. The beach is fantastic too. We had catered food so it wasn't the best but hoping to give it another go tonight.

The experience was very disappointing because of a front office named WIWIN
1. At check-in I used my compliment 1 night, FO WIWIN insisted that I had used all of my compliment, I said that this was the first time I used it, WIWIN still said it was finished, then printed a piece of paper, then I said I didn't know the matter. He asked for my phone number, he said it would be visited, but until I checked out, still not contacted. And it's true that I still have compliment 2 nights
2. Because I brought 2 of my children, and I arrived in Bali at 11:00 I asked for an earlier check in, (I confirmed earlier for 14.00 check in) WIWIN insisted it couldn't, and showed the rules he circled and said loudly at check-in in 3:00 p.m.
3. After waiting for a while I went back to WIWIN to ask for my room, and he said loudly, PLEASE CONTACT MY BELOW, even though what I learned later is that he is a Front office, not a manager or at a higher level, then he left me

You should separate the tour group checkin from the regular guests. Food is not so good either

Superb decor and view. Restaurants are good - their Italian restaurant didn t seem to have aircon though... we were drenched by the end of our meals... bars are ok, overpriced booze as you d expect from Indonesia. Service and room are fantastic.
The spa is also worth going if you are after a relaxed session. Overall we are very happy and will definitely come back.

Luxury ... but the restaurant is rather difficult to find mineral water.

Good ... It's comfortable and quiet, it's just that the room's pointer is unclear, so it's often straying hahaha ... but when it comes to grade, it's the best .. With the best location in Bali, Nusa Dua is a price too rather dalem ..

An okay place to have a pity has an unpleasant experience here ... when flying a Drone, you are told to send down the same security ... yeah, maybe with the rules

Love my stay here! beautiful resort with private beach. Love the design of the room too! Breakfast choice was great with many varieties too; and most importantly warm hospitality from the friendly staff. Really enjoyed my holiday with sofitel!

Beautiful resort... highly recommended... many activities and foods.

I get some issues when check-in.
1. Check-in at 3pm, seriously? (And I really in to the room at 3.15pm. Get waiting for may luggage 15minutes more at room) :|
2. Check-out at 12pm? (I request for the late check-out, but didn t get any information until 9pm :( Receptions promise us to give information soon)
3. Receptionist didn t mention any information about breakfast (where and what time)

But all the staff are friendly. Get some complimentary for our honeymoon ;)
And lucky us, see a fireworks! <3

Love the Sunday-Brunch plus as a outsider guests your allowed to enjoy the pool after the brunch! Awesome

Service, facility, pools, beach, food, bar, gym this place is absolutely top notch. There is so much here, I love it.

Nice and big room. Food is ok. Pool is very nice and large area. But the only downside is the kids club, you got to pay for it, while others free.

One of the best resort in Bali. Manarai Club is newly open replacing Nikki Beach Blub. Use accor member club to get best price.. breakfast is magnificent!

Beautiful resort and connected to the beach, ocean view rooms, the scenery is really good, there are kids pool and kids villas make children more comfortable. Food is tasty and varied, room service is responsive and very helpful. Prices are comparable to the facilities obtained, highly recommended

This hotel is a complete package for anybody who wants to relax and enjoy for a couple of days(preferably 2-3 days) without the need to travel around Bali. They have everything you needed, private beach, beach club, restaurants, etc. For a family with children, it is highly recommended as they have a set of activities which entertains children (at least for a couple of days). Location is a little bit far from other landmarks but still within a 15-30 mins drive away.

Great service, very comfortable hotel with superb sleep quality & facilities...

I put 1 star to show a real discontent.
The hotel is good overall, it is not a problem.
But how the direction can be connected with tour operators who land on the beach sofitel cars full of Chinese tourists who consume nothing because come with pic nic.
They squat the deckchairs while there is our stuff on it.
And leave the beach in a shameful state (cans, ships, plastic bags).
And that every day around 15h.
At the direction of sofitel: "I hope that you will stop flirting with this population that consumes nothing, and spoil our vacation."
It is shameful.
