Comfortable, beautiful place. the rooms are very nice, modern, arrangement in all beautiful angles. Great view.

It's amazing to stay here. When I came here I stayed in a villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool, the villa was spacious, very clean, the equipment was very complete, there was a tv room, a kitchen with a large dining table was also available, the private pool was quite spacious, there was a jacuzzi too. The villa interior is very luxurious. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the staff are very friendly. The resort also has direct access to a beautiful and clean beach

Its a luxurious experience when you stay at sofitel bali. Excellent hospitality by every division. Definitely will come back for more experience.

The food is great, we spent much time on the beach and swimming pool. Room was clean and comfort. Not much to complain, keep up the good works.

My wife and I stayed for 10 wonderful night for a restful and relaxing holiday also to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the minute we arrived until the final transfer to the air port we were treated like royalty.
The Sofitel location, our prestige suite #2320, the magnificent entrance, general facilities, amenities and staff where probable the best we have ever experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding buffet breakfasts at Kwee Zeen as well as the quiet private breakfasts, high tea and Tapas offered at Club Millesime. We celebrated our anniversary in style at Cut Catch Cucina then we were treated with complementary champagne and cake after dinner back in our suite.

The receptionist speaks about perfect English. Even speaking to all employees in English, I felt that it was Nusa Dua. Very kind, nice and smiling employees only. Beautiful room, beautiful pool, beach! The food, the restaurant and the bar with the room are a bit expensive, but it's more affordable than other luxury resorts, and it feels like an affordable luxury resort.

Food is nice at restaurant but did not stay in the hotel so cannot comment on accommodation.

What is striking, the people are extremely friendly. They always smile, though they certainly have their worries as well as we do. The staff also smiles at the weekend and at the night shift. instead of moaning about trifles, we should thank for the beautiful moments on holiday. From my side there is a heartfelt "THANK YOU". The Sofitel is beautiful. The garden is reminiscent of a rainforest. From the rooms on the ground floor you can dive right into the sweeping waterway and swim almost around the hotel. Located directly on the beach with a small beach restaurant, it can live well. The Sofitel is well maintained and clean. Almost unimaginable, as in paradise. It is best to go there and enjoy.

Luxury hotel, nice place for honeymoon and family gathering. Nice menu, far from the crowd of bali.

Had dinner buffet at Kwee Zen. Above average menu but nothing spectacular. Resort itself looks immaculate and staff were very attentive.

The building itself looks a bit old. All the staff are friendly and helpful. But nothing nearby no mini market or anything. Also, I booked a sea view room and I got it but it was far far away from the ocean. I still had to use a binocular to see the ocean from there. They should put one in the room for that reason.

A nice and luxurious 5 star hotel in Bali. The hotel is very private for traveller.

Every holiday in Bali, I always stay at Sofitel using my ALL Accor Plus member, the large swimming pool is very popular for my child, at the back of the hotel there is also a beach that is wide enough to play sand. The last stay there was on January 17th, my room was also upgraded 1 level to a one bedroom villa, because the Prestige Suite was being renovated.
The villa is very cozy, the air-conditioning in the room is very cool, the bathroom is spacious, the toilet seat is like in Japan, there is a warmth so that it can linger. Free breakfast in the room so you can really enjoy the room, still free afternoon mocktail until 9 pm. Free Butler servicing TOP ABIS is the Sofitel Nusa Dua!

Great hotel and lovely big rooms would highly recommend staying here.

Good hotel with good size room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast variety is good, but not enough staff to serve. Asking for coffee, napkins, or anything will take 10-15 min. Restaurant food quality is great. Beach have lots of sea creatures, kids love it.
