Beautiful, expensive hotel with a large territory! The hotel rooms are huge, all over the rich! The food in the restaurant is wildly expensive)

Literally the nicest hotel I ever stayed at. The rooms were awesome! The bathroom was amazing and the huge balcony was a pleasant surprise. I ordered spaghetti bolognaise from room service and it was probably the best I ve ever had. The staff were great and the facilities were spectacular.

The rooms are good, the view is okay, the food is sadaaaappp, the service is sip, unfortunately the information is lacking in space and directions. Because there are several buildings, and the lobby is on the 2nd floor so it is often lost. So far comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't even walk to the beach, even though there were 4 days.

Terdapat room dengan public pool yang sangat luas areanya dan villa dengan private pool. Ada cucina resto dan toya yang berada di private beach nya, ada fasilitas gym, spa, bike rental dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya terutama wifi karena jaringan data mobile disini masih kurang baik. Ruang conference nya juga memadai buat large meeting. Room bersih, nyaman, luas, dengan amenities lengkap, ada balkon dan view pool & seaview.

Not sure how I feel about Sofitel Bali. It was ok, suite, staff and pool were great. Kids club is for young very kids. Sunday brunch was a highlight. Lounge area felt like an airport lounge out the back and not somewhere I wanted to use other than breakfast. The whole Nusa Dua area lacks soul.

Still looks brand new. Well maintained the upper class resorts.

Everything is just great, I wouldn't be able to write it down. Even the toilet in the lobby are amazing. Staffs were nice and helpful

Lovely hotel with private beach access, pool for kids and swim up bar for adults.

We used the breakfasts here because its famous.
At least we have been told. Breakfast was an 8 out of 10.
It was good, with different international buffets. But it did not blow us out of our socks.
Quality of food is good. (There is a big difference in the taste of bread and croissants. This belonged to the upper class) Coffee is very good and the staff is very nice, well trained and caring. Definitely worth a visit 21 or 300.000 rupias a person and you have brekkie and lunch together. Worth it! (Interior & exterior is a must see)

Good, there is access to private beach, complete facilities, suitable for families

We really enjoyed our stay at sofitel. The room was spacious, we travelled with our 3months old baby.
Staffs were great, they accommodate our needs to have additional fridge in our room for breastmilk storage.
Food was also good. We don't really need to go outside the resort to dine, on site restaurant had lots of variety and open until late. Travelling with baby means you don't really know when you got to eat, so they got this covered.

Breakfast like a king! Really good quality breakfast. Room was big and comfy. Big balcony with great view of the pool and garden. Overall very positive experience.

The best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Great variety. Freshly squeezed juices with fruits and vegetables of your choice!

Nice and expensive. Better arrange to spend most of the day to enjoy the facilities

A very comfortable place, satisfying facilities and services

I was greeted by very friendly bellmen and was ushered to the club to check in, the welcome drink and cold towel was a great experience. I have not seen a more beautiful property with such friendly staff. The food was all amazing and happy to have access to a 24 hour restaurant. Everything from the bedtime tea to the pool access made the stay so much better. When it was time to check out and I needed a place to shower and change before my red eye, the hotel prepared a room for my wife and I to use.

A five star hotel in Nusa Dua. Cleanliness is not so good, the public toilet is smelly, it doesn't have air freshner. The overall design isn't the best also

Great location and hotel, although it is starting to show a little bit of wear and tear. Restaurants are really good and the staff very friendly.

Very modern slick and clean. Pool is nicely mazed. Clean and modern. High tech outfitting of the rooms. Food and drink selection good but steep prices as expected.

A hotel with a beach behind and a nice swimming pool ... the staff is friendly friendly ... moreover I can access millesime, can enjoy afternoon tea, and wine tasting ... food starts breakfast until dinner is delicious

Beautiful, peaceful and the massage of the beach with Nua was a healing and sensory experience.

Nice interior and design. Beach and landscape is good. We stayed at a room with a little pool at the back. I don't know if it is only us, but had some doubts about the cleanliness of the sheets. We had our reservation bed and breakfast and breakfast was fine. It looks the families with children also prefers the location although it is not a family hotel.

Sofitel Bali is one of the best hotels in Bali. We love our stay. The staff are all veey caring and friendly.

15 minute to airport and 20 minute to kuta is nice hotel

Totally excellent. What a wonderful place - perfect for any kind of holiday vacation. The Sofitel is stunning, the service is as you would expect, first class. The rooms are total luxury and the hotel itself is set in such stunning surroundings you feel like you are in paradise. All of the staff are super lovely and helpful and the hotel aims to cater for your every need. We had such an amazing stay, can't recommend more.

Beautiful place! And Wi-Fi free everywhere. Even at sea ...

We have been to Sofitel for our honeymoon and the hotel is really great.
From the reception, Charlotte took care of us and everything went well on arrival with a special gift honeymoon + member accor.
The service is very good, we got special attention from the hotel and the service is worthy of a 5 star, the rooms are big and the staff is always smiling and attentive.
The hotel is also very well placed with direct access to the beach.
Last but not least, the Manarai Beach House Restaurant is a must do, to land in front of the pool in the evening. Special mention for Ayam Betutu which is to die for.

great food, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings

The circular pool is great, the white sand beach that connects the entire Nusa Dua is really great.

Amazing experience for 4 days at this hotel during the FSI MMXX 2020 event. From the first time we arrived until we left, we got first class service. Superb room 2303 and delightful Cut Catch Cucina resto and pool facilities. It's unforgettable and makes you want to come back. Thank you for the great service

I was here for dinner. The place and foods were nice

I stayed in a room with pool access which also grants lounge access. I found the room to be pretty nice and clean, and being able to swim out to the pool bar was excellent. The staff is also very friendly but they seem a bit disjointed. However, I don't feel like this is on par with other Sofitel's at which I've stayed. The bathroom had a huge tub but no bath salts or soaps. The food was ok at best both in the dining area and in-room - a lot of variety though. The beachfront was entertaining but it's not a place to swim which was disappointing. This resort is also geared very much for families so there were noisy children everywhere including the in the lounge and along the rooms adjacent to the pool. Not really a place for grown families trying to relax or couples.

A perfect honeymoon spot. The variety of spots to get food and drinks is astounding. It is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. The pool is fantastic and the wait staff will serve you at the poolside throughout the day, provided it's not too busy. During busier times, it's better to take a stroll (or a swim) to the bar.

They have pool access from some rooms which was interesting, and plunge pools in others.

The beach is very pretty, but not great for swimming. Walking down a bit further, the beach gets nicer, but the pool is so lovely, we didn't even bother.

The decor of the hotel is so beautiful. A nice mix of Balinese and European

I stayed with my family and friends at Sofitel Nusa Dua for 8 days and one of the highlights would have to be our boot camp and personal training sessions with Novi at SoFit! She is very energetic, motivating and creative with her sessions!
It makes for a great start into a day at Manarai - Sofitel s excellent beach club with awesome food and drinks and incredibly attentive staff throughout.
We ll be back!
