1. We checked in two days ago. When we checked in at the beginning, we said that we didn't have breakfast for an extra charge. When we were ready to swipe, we took the initiative to take out the Chinese version of the order and said that there was breakfast. The meal was confirmed again, otherwise it was almost White deducted money, (and did not apologize).

3. We had a TAXI to the airport and told it to pick up at 13 o'clock the night before. At CHECK OUT, the counter staff said that I had to change time to find another person. The other party said that it was good, but when the actual 1200 arrived at the hotel entrance, they first said that they waited for five minutes, but they did not have a car until 1215.
