everything was perfect, from greetings, services, everything was awesome at the Club Millesimme. Genuine courtesy without any hint of pretentiousness.

Booked 3 nights of Pool Access room & was upgraded to Prestige Suite Plunge Pool. A truly pleasant surprise. Thank you.

I have to commend the staffs:
Club M: Tika, Ari, Komang, Eki
Kwee Zeen: almost everyone, especially Tira, they sincerely stopped to chat & helped even during crowded hours
Cut Catch Cucina: experience on par with Kwee Zeen

Kwee Zeen breakfast was good, but could be improved on fruits & salads choices.
CCC food was awesome, especially with our Accor LeClub membership discounts.
CM High Tea & Tapas, food choices must be upgraded. Wine choices are ok considering they are free flows.

The only problem with our family, is that now it will be difficult to choose other hotels in Bali because Sofitel kept increasing the overall value of our stays.

A beautiful, serene place to stay. I stayed in the pool access room, it was a pleasant stay and I love how spacious the room is. They have everything you need in one place :) and the service was excellent.

The only minus point was their pool, as you can see from the picture that the water is a bit green in color. I would have given 5 stars if the pool was crystal clear :D anyway it is only my personal opinion, the pool is enjoyable though, complete with a pool bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail.

Overall was nice althoug surprising regular ice water was charged 50 thousand rupiah per person? This i found stranged and i have never experience this, Westin, Sheraton lagoon and Mulia does not do it? To get more revenue in the restaurant better off offers ice tea or plavor water? Which are more sensible as there is something you put in? But for ice water just radiculous. I will never ever visit you again.

Had a great time at the Sofitel in Nisa Dua. No complaints. Perfect place for a family getaway.

Initially a beautiful hotel all quite stunning. However I found the showers in my room to have a white substance on the ground almost like lime. I wore thongs in the shower. The hotel is rather a larger area so be prepare to walk for a bit to get to the different areas of the hotel. Oh the fridges in the rooms are ineffective

The food is really good ... To the beach is also close ... The rooms are very comfortable ... Weaknesses: cappucinno is not good

This is the 4th coming and i really love sofitel nusa dua.
Supported by accor member, staying there will be completely especially for upgrade room and breakfast voucher.
The breakfast was so complete and delicious.. so yummy..
The beach and the gazebo in the corner of the beach... that will be the most my favorite spot .

Comforting place to stay.. u can enjoy with ur family. Unique swimming canal behind rooms,..only bad thing which I could gather was that some of the recreational facilities such as cycling, tennis etc can be used after payment.

If you already treat yourself to this hotel, you should also take a room on the ground floor directly at the "lagoon" - so you can always directly in front of his room in the water and from there to the main pool with the pool bar swim. The beach is also not far away, but can not compete with the beaches of other luxury destinations. In addition, the Sofitel is not as good for sightseeing as other hotels in Bali, so you need more for taxi or the like. spend or give up one or the other attraction.

It is a wonderful place. Rooms, people, swimming pool, direct acces to the private beach. Thank you Sofitel, my honeymoon was amazing !

We had Xmas day brunch here and we were extremely satisfied with the variety of food all cuisines and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic.
The location virtually beachfront was excellent.
What really made our day extra special was the service from staff Lestari(dari Denpasar)Eka (dari Klungkung) Juliawan (dari Bulelang) Matursuksma.

Not as per expectation..Poorly maintained rooms and bedding was pathetic..

I guess it's the only 5 star resort in Bali which providing nice sea view, private beach, amazing pool & UNFORGETTABLE EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Staffs were always very welcoming & engaging during my stay.
I'd highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone.
Special thanks to Ibu Nila Permata Sari The Finance Director of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua who recommended me to stay in this resort & also upgraded my room into Villa with a private pool.

Good hotel for vacation. Locate at beach side. Have small swimming pool inside hotel

The experience was very enjoyable overall.. The staff we saw regularly for meals were very helpful, attentive and friendly, especially Mega, Anna and Budy; you are fortunate to have them. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. For safety reasons the light needs to be improved when crossing the bridges in the evening/night. Someone could easily have a fall unless they are very careful.
In the room there is nowhere to empty the tea leaves if one likes using the teapot. Perhaps tea bags are a better option or a lined bin. Also, It is not clear whether one has to wash the cups, etc because this needs to be done at the basin and there is nothing to dry with.

Very very good hotel. The staff was nice, the room was spacious, everything was great.

Only things to be improve was the b'fast. The selection was not that much.

And if you are a regular guests (thats what they said) you cannot use the fridge in the room (they will lock it instead of emptying it)

But, overall, one of the best hotel in Bali.

Stunning hotel in premium location. We spent 8 x nights at this wonderful hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the location, the hotel layout, our room (which comfortably held an extra bed for our 12 year old daughter), the pools and gardens, the water aerobics, the beach bar, Cucina for fine dining and the Sunday brunch plus the wonderful, friendly and professional staff. This is a lot to like with no negatives. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and were well cared for at this fine hotel.

We stayed here in the end of July, its perfect for relaxing. Nice room, clean and balcony with ocean view. The most impression is friendly staffs, when we arrived was very welcoming. And their buffet breakfast was with so many choices. We like it.
We spent all day for the ocean. We love private beach.
It s really great if you want to just stay at resort and relax.

Bad attitude. The bell service is like a thug the language is not polite at all. Very disappointed

The hotel and the grounds are very beautiful, all fairly well maintained. On the other hand, in terms of service and amenities it is more the equivalent of a 3-star vacation club.On arrival, no shower product in the bathroom, no slippers (slippery tiles), no bottle opener to open the water bottles, the leaky toilet flush.
The very noisy breakfast restaurant, complicated to have a table outside because it is reserved for smokers, the wait for coffee can be up to 20 minutes.
Finally, on the beach the Manarai Beach House restaurant (open-air nightclub) is quite simply completely moved to this site.
