Absolutely beautiful hotel with many luxurious amenities. The elevator system works incredibly efficiently and the staff is quite friendly. There is also cucumber mint infused water in the lobby.

Perfect location, great concierge service (Jeff and Robert are THE best). Poor Spg recognition and dated rooms. This is not a so called Luxury Collection hotel like the ones around the world (Maria Cristina, Alfonso XIII, Gallia, Imperial...). Suggestion to management (if they listen): please shut it down for 9 months and properly renovate it as The Lanesborough did.
Wonderful hotel, very nice service. The area is called Knights Bridge. Pass it safe and set aside everything. Everything for sure will be approved every time I go.
Very nice hotel. My girlfriend and I were able to stay here due to some rewards points otherwise we wouldn't normally stay at such a nice place. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was fantastic. Great experience.
My previous stays were very nice and even on this trip is fine except for a couple issues. I would leave a Five star but just the thought of me drinking out of dirty glasses makes me unhappy. The cleaning person did not bring me replaced clean glasses... the reason I know is the residue from the vitamin water and the same long scratch on the side of the glass I used that day was wiped with a cloth and put back. What s the chances of the replacement glass having the same scratch? This is very dirty and I don t trust any of the glasses in these rooms. I spoke with the staff and the management never reached out to acknowledge they have done something to improve their cleaning staff.
Quite low service level and food was just mediocre. The trainee checking me in was not very knowledgeable as well regarding rate terms and deposit amount. Sorry knightsbridge team, not an experience i would go back for.
If you are a business traveller who is used to Marriott's benefits for Platinum Elite, skip this one. No benefits at all. Not sure why they call themselves "Luxury Collection". Marriott needs to ensure that they take care of most valuable customers who spend lots of money at their hotels by establishing a baseline of benefits for their most loyal members. I was expecting Ritz Carlton type of service (lounge etc). Nothing. Staff is good, polite and attentive, but for a business traveller like myself who lives in marriott hotels, this hotel is a must skip. Not again.
Welcoming personal email prior to arriving as well as in personal welcome with complimentary drink just after checking in. Also, all my requests upon reservation was fulfilled without me asking for them again. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff and butler service. On the downside, the gym was disappointing and the rooms need an little update (furniture and glitching dimmer lights). A minor detail is the elevator service which I found very efficient and refreshing.
Service not up to par Way too expensive Over 8 days we had a problem every day: - air conditioner - card disabled 2 nights in a row - delivery of a basket with wine to teenagers - pay a stay for 7 people. The teenagers found themselves parked in a room for two with three beds: an eyesore. .... An address to forget
This hotel is so poor and I'm so disappointed, they call themselves luxury. Me and my partner stayed here for a few nights. Some staff here are wonderful however this particular staff called Naira Eradze was so horrible to another staff right in front of us and made the other staff cry!! Please can you look into this staff and give them proper training or something because that's not acceptable, she was shouting and screaming at the other staff.
Excellent service and location at this hotel. Our Butler had some special chocolates waiting fir us since we were on our honeymoon from Arizona. The tea service we ordered was grand. Will be back to this hotel
Good for families and Shataf useful for Muslims, but please beware of employees because they can find any reason to increase the cost of the room and other than that the Internet is free for two hours a day only and then they must pay
Great hotel, good service and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was very good. The gym and other facilities are nothing to write about. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. They even helped us find a baby sitter for our kids when we were there and that helped us greatly
Extremely unconsidered staff!!! They did not allow me to go back to my room after I left the hotel without a room card and refused to call my friend to allow me in because it was too late. I WAS ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE TILL 5:30am and they also dared to smack my hand when I was pressing the wrong button to open the door. SIMPLY RUINED MY HOLIDAY
I ve stayed at many 5 star hotel and to be honest I was kind of disappointed with this hotel, when me and my partner arrived at this hotel the door man had a bit of a attitude we ask for valet parking and He took the car which was fine. Then when we arrived at the reception it was absolutely beautiful, we then spoke to a receptionist it was good service took abit long to get everything done but we had a okay experience with the reception.
I had a very bad nights sleep, the room is not sound proof, there was construction going on and it ruined the whole view the noise of the construction was horrible I wish they would of warned us before hand there was construction going on
