Welcoming personal email prior to arriving as well as in personal welcome with complimentary drink just after checking in. Also, all my requests upon reservation was fulfilled without me asking for them again. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff and butler service. On the downside, the gym was disappointing and the rooms need an little update (furniture and glitching dimmer lights).
A minor detail is the elevator service which I found very efficient and refreshing.
