Great location downtown - try for the higher floors

Legend has it that this is one of the most luxurious Embassy Suites in the world, it has comfort and amenities like an exclusive Hilton hotel, the food is spectacular, event hall and an impressive rooftop (27th floor)

Excellent attention in this hotel.

We were enjoying a conference and the place is extremely nice.

It has an infinity of parking, the lobby is double height very elegant.

The square in which it is located is very safe, so you should not fear.

Very elegant and cozy just a bit of difficulty in the parking lot both on arrival and when departures

Worst experience ever. The people at the hotel are very rude. Just the people at the check in know what they are doing. Every one else is impolite. On top of that, they charged me an incorrect amount on my credit card and I have been trying to get a hold of someone and they hang up the phone on me on four different occasion. I just put the dispute with the bank itself.

THERE ARE ALWAYS THINGS TO IMPROVE OF course. IF YOU AS A HOTEL WANT TO HAVE SATISFIED GUESTS, YOU HAVE SATISFIED EMPLOYEES TOO. THAT WAY THEY WILL BE KINDER THAN THEY ARE! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE ALL THE DAY ON FOOT IN THE LOW PART OF THE HOTEL, WITHOUT A CHAIR AND WITHOUT ANYTHING. THAT IS WORK MALTRATE AND ABOVE EVERYTHING YOU MUST KNOW THAT IT IS HUMAN BEINGS THAT WORK FOR YOU. SECOND: WE ARE DESTROYING OUR PLANET WITH SO MUCH GARBAGE AND PLASTIC. IT IS GOOD TO CONTRIBUTE A GRAIN GRAIN TO DECREASE THIS IMPACT .. THEY HAVE PLASTIC IN EACH CORNER AND IN THE GYM YOU CAN REPLACE THE PLASTIC GLASSES THAT HAVE IN QUANTITY FOR PAPER CONES .. THANKS

In the center of Santo Domingo is a beautiful and comfortable Hotel. I recommend to any person because my experience was so good in this hotel

The place is located in the center of the city close to everything but it would add more comfort and more diversity to be one of the best food and asleep are the best

I was recently at this hotel this past week, stayed for 5 days. And from the second me and my family steped in I felt this unwelcome vibe from the workers here. As day 2 went buy I was sitting in the lobby and I notice that the workers served the people with lighter skin tone much better then those who have darker skin. In all my 23 years living in New York, I have not once experience racism until I came to this hotel. I'm a dark skin dominican being discriminated against doninicans who are much darker then me. This place is extremely discusting. Discusting food and service. Please don't come to this hotel, nothing but Scum bags who judge you based on the color of your skin

For my family the best hotel in Santo Domingo. Majestic room. Very good attention and cleanliness. Good breakfast and excellent happy hours.

Newly modern constructed hotel, with free full breakfast buffet and happy hour from 5:3p-7:00 pm, very friendly stuff, within walking distance to supermercado, banks.

The views of all the suites are spectacular.
For the pool area you can take advantage of the fact that a Pass Day costs $ 1500, that includes $ 1000 in Consumption of drink and food.

I love this hotel! Super central and very good service.

At first seem like the best Hilton I ever visited, but after a couple of incidents it made me check out earlier and submit my first negative review ever. The second day in the hotel, security held me back because apparently I didn't look like a guest, I had to make a line at check in for them to verify me. At checkout they charged the room for everything we had consumed and already paid for, meaning they were charging me twice. The process of clearing the additional charges took hours and delayed me from making it to another commitment. I am never staying at this Hilton ever again!

Excellent, the room, excellent restaurant. It is a cozy place and pleasant atmosphere. Being in Silver Sun allows you to find activities in the square. It is also easy to get to any part of the city.
