Extremely unconsidered staff!!! They did not allow me to go back to my room after I left the hotel without a room card and refused to call my friend to allow me in because it was too late.
I WAS ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE TILL 5:30am and they also dared to smack my hand when I was pressing the wrong button to open the door.
SIMPLY RUINED MY HOLIDAY
