A very suitable hotel for Arabs, it has a location close to Harrods, the metro and the Kuwaiti embassy, which gives it an advantage for safe housing and close to Iraqi and Lebanese restaurants The room rates in it vary according to the floor from the fifth floor to the 12th. The room price increases due to the panoramic view of Hyde Park

I live in the lowndes square and visit once in a while to the lovely piano bar for a cocktail, an after dinner drink and to listen to the piano player. Tonight after a local dinner I walked in whilst there was only 2 tables being serviced, I sat at the bar anyway to have a cocktail while even though disappointed the piano player was not working this evening to my dismay, to find out I was refused service like a criminal due to the hotel being fully booked for guests and all the empty tables were reserved for them whilst it was almost 11 pm. Is this your local policy to neighbours? My presence is welcomed to the mandarin oriental for a after dinner drink and turned away from your establishment. I will let the whole neighbourhood know of this and i think your hotel is a disgrace. To have staff just plain blankly refuse service is disgusting, your establishment does not belong in the neighbourhood it occupies nor does it want to share in its community obviously.
The hotel is beautiful. Location is not exactly centrally located to all the tourist sites which is a good thing. Services were great. The rooms were clean but small as they all are in Europe. Elevators didn't work properly was the only reason not a 5 star.
This place staff are more than amazing. they went far and beyond to get us an accessible room that was booked by another guest. The service was great. The rooms style is classic yet very clean and average in size. I would definitely book again once in London.
Nice location, however the service is terrible and they treat guests as a mass product. Definitely not recommended compared to other hotels in London. I am staying here for 9 nights.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the neighborhood is one of the ones I like the most in London. However the building aesthetically and smoke cigarette leaves a lot to be desired although on the upper floors it has good views. The rooms are elegant and in general the decoration of the hotel is, although logically the value for money, as in London, is low.
Perfect location 20m from Harvey Nichols and the tube station. Lovely staff and nice room full of light with all amenities are giving the 5 stars experience.
4 star hotel with good location to visit the harrods and the area around it. Also arabic restaurant are few steps from the hotel. The breakfast could be better and the rooms are big.
Nice place friendly staff. Convenient for Hyde park shopping like Sloane street Harrods Harvey Nichols. Some very nice restaurants nearby in walking distance.
Pros: Non-reception and non-dining staff were courteous and wonderful; location is within minutes from the Underground, Harrods, museums and other attractions; room had a great view, including of the sunset; decent breakfast but limited variety across days
Cons: Had to ask my key be re-set 4+ times despite not putting it anywhere near my phone or other cards; staff (other than those mentioned above) were sometimes not up to par (e.g. another customer directly cut me in line and the staff at reception clearly noticed but decided to serve him anyway); housekeeping comes at odd hours to clean (e.g. 8PM - it wasn't turndown service); gym is sometimes overloaded with a chemical scent that makes it hard to work out knowing you're breathing it in (a staff was spraying cleaning solution everywhere one time when I was in there; I had to leave as I couldn't stand the concentration of the smell)
Personally, I wouldn't come back, but if you don't mind the cons above, it's not otherwise bad.
Lovely hotel in central London close to shops and resturants. The receptionist should of told me how to use the lift, as the lift is unusual you have to put your room card under the scanner attached to the wall and then it will tell you which lift to take. The rooms are very spacious and clean my only negative is my toilet was blocked after using it afew times. I had to keep flushing and pouring water down it. A hotel of this standard should not have problems like this.
The staff made our stay so special right from the start at reception. Our suite was fantastic with a wonderful view of Hyde park. The breakfast was perfect.we found all the staff both professional but very friendly. Would recommend to anyone if in London stay at the Park Tower Hotel
We went for the winter afternoon tea at the park tower. It was in a very nice setting in the atrium of the hotel. The tea selection was really good. The sandwiches and selection of sweet treats was amazing and more than enough.
The staff was very friendly and made the afternoon a very nice experience.
The hotel's location is excellent, the service is very good, and the price is very expensive, close to the Hard Park, close to the Hards Market, and close to some Arab restaurants
Exactly as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Opulent foyer, luxurious surroundings with marble floors, friendly staff and a top-class bar on the ground floor offering a massive selection of whiskey (130+). A place to impress and to have a sophisticated evening out. Perfect location within Knightsbridge with Harrods just 5 minutes walk away.
I have stayed in the park tower hotel for more than a month ,my stay was really good . Comfy beds the house keeping used to change the bed sheets every single day , nice and friendly staff all over the hotel ,the location very convenient if you want to make shopping harveynichols and harrods are close by
I do not recommend lodging, the brushes are very old, the stair is cut off, the refrigerator is stingy, the spoons are the bar, there is no sound insulation, you hear the rooms at your side and you hear me pass from the room and your voice is heard from the ground, "inconvenient for some residents to live in.
The staff here were great. I would highly recommend this Hotel, five minutes from Hyde Park we went to Winter Wonderland so thr location was perfect. My son enjoyed his first time in London and the hotel and staff made sure he felt welcome. It is worth paying for breakfast which was a nice buffett with a good selection of breakfast items. The room was clean and thr bathroom was nice and big. The views from the room was amazing we were looking down on Winter Wonderland and could see the famous London skyline including the Shard and the London Eye.
Again thank you to the staff for making this such a memorable experience for my son. We will be using this hotel whenever we come to stay in London.
Thank you Kelly for giving us amazing service, you made my sister feel so special on her birthday, by treating us like royalty, will definitely be coming back <3
The hotel is excellent and the Shataf faithful in the bathroom and the location of the hotel is crazy close to the Harrods and Hyde Park cut the street
We used a meeting space here twice. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The lunch menu was especially well done - we had a lot of options, very tasty food, well served and on time. Technical set up of the room was also good and the reception did a good job helping with early delivery of meeting materials.
It used to be one of my favorite hotels in london where previously I stayed several time It s location , cute and cozy , comfortable, big rooms , kind staff .. all that is still there though rooms & bathrooms needs renovation now Apart from that I m very disappointed by the caliber of guests visiting or residents that have very low manners and think they can harass women sitting at the lobby or bar or just passing by ! Hotel should have strict rules about such behaviors and this should not need to be addressed to the hotel and until then they take an action !
From the map, this is a very special building, sitting on the Knightsbridge, a five-star lot, but because of the age, this cylindrical building is a bit eclipsed, the cementy surface is a bit out of place with the surrounding environment.
The rooms are walky but they feel like they are in the dark and the service is quiet. Place the price on the price is more expensive, and do not take Deluxe room Take a normal room because the office form is the difference between
Lovely staff very helpful and reasonable prices for that very expensive part of town, car park underneath the building which is cheap if booked in advance.
.I only had a coffee with my husband, but if the staff is all like manager Kelly Cristina, I can only say great ......... of my vacation in London I bring home many beautiful experiences, and the sweet memory of Kelly.
