We came here for a friend's engagement party and were very impressed with how this place highly decorated, everything looks great and awesome! But the sad things are, I didn't eat much, but what I did was good... Mostly I was suffering from odd stomach cramps (probably due to the dinner place we'd been to previously). Anyways, the staff took pity on me and brought me things to settle my stomach. They were also very kind with the cake that had been ordered as a surprise - and set everything up beautifully for us :)

Below any expectations from Knightsbridge 5 star rated hotel - worn down, dusty aged diva that was a star in 70's at best. Looks like drug dealers den in... Rooms, facilities are outdated to say least. Avoid.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything in the hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything you could need was there in the room for you including a bathrobe, slippers and even an umbrella. The mini bar was expensive, but as expected in a hotel of this class.

The hotel is old but clean and well-maintained, the rooms are not very big but the staff service, the location of the hotel, the proximity to the metro and the great shops are very good / The rooms are not very large .

Live this hotel in Knightsbridge, London. Perfect location to Harvey Nichols as well as Harrods for shopping or relaxing with easy access to Hyde Park across the street. The hotel has been a favorite for Middle Eastern clientele for decades. Very comfortable rooms with great views.

If you have a chance to stay here you will truly feel pampered and taken care of from the first time stepping out of the taxi. I've not stayed in a nicer hotel, except maybe in Hawaii with their Aloha spirit and culture of service. This place is truly special.

I really don't know how to say anything nicer. They understand quality and customer service and still improve on it somehow. We're only staying here for a day, but I feel a rapport with all the staff as if they are friends or even as close as family. They do it right.

We'd been traveling with a tour group from Utah , and had felt a bit worn down upon or arrival. And this place helped us feel relaxed and comfortable. From meeting Frank coming in, to the rest. I hope the management reads this, since I'm not sure who to sing these employees praises to. Great place.

The hotel is adjacent to Knightsbridge tube station and the bar is open to the general public until 11pm. We were greeted by the hotel bar supervisor, Kelly, who was extremely friendly and made the experience unforgettable. Ask for one of the Mojitos options. We tried the Red Berries and it was sensational.

My room is great. Once they complete renovations I can give it five stars. It s really close to be a five star hotel and my room is definitely good but there are other rooms that are not currently redone so you must ask before checking in.

We came from France and tried to find a local and friendly place to eat, we were not disappointed. The personnel was very welcoming and the lunch was very good. The atmosphere was very good too ! We will come back when we will be in London again.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Park Tower. The beds were extremely comfortable and soothing, the bathroom very roomy with lots of warm water pressure. The hotel was clean, quiet, very luxurious and friendly.

Great location and room. Comfortable bed. Shower is a bit small for the quality and price of hotel. When we arrived in the room there was a sealed letter addressed to someone else, but with our room #. Seems they mixed up who was staying where. I called to report and they came to get the letter. We went to the gym to workout and while gone, they came into our room and placed some wine and biscuits on the table along with a card addressed to the same wrong person. Had to report that to them again. Called guest service on the phone and they transferred me then disconnected me. Had to call back, got no answer. So some service issues but overall a decent hotel if you get a good rate or use reward points

On the 16th off March I arrived at the hotel with my sister and my friend to book a room for one night .I came to London to celebrate St Patrick's day and we heard good things about this hotel so we decided to give it a go ! The male at the reception was nice he looked for a room for us and he found one for around 440 which we were happy with . He then asked us for ID but we didn't have it on us at the time as it was back at my friends flat . Then the manager appeared and said "did you give them
The room yet " the reception guy said no , and the manger said good because we are fully booked , and he walked away ! I looked in horror because I know this wasn't the case . I was so shocked that he would speak to us like that! They tried to give me some Excuse but I put it down to the fact that he did not like how my male friend looked and they didn't want to give us the rooms . My male friend was actually a footballer and had a lot off money to spend but we went to the millennium hotel instead where they gave us a wonderfull room . Take note that it's not nice to treat your customers this way !

Absolutely love this hotel. One of my favourite London hotels and there are many to choose from, but this is right up there with the best.

Fabulous Location, Right in the heart of Knightsbridge, next to Harvey Nichols and Harrods just down the road.

Hotel breakfast is superb, amazing choice of fresh food and cooked breakfast.

Rooms are well laid out with all that is expected of a 5 star hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The bar and restaurant is super with great selection of fine whisky, and good menus with great tasting food.

There is also a fine cigar shop on site and a nicely laid out cigar terrace outside back of hotel Away from the main road. Also the terrace has a cover in case of rain and also much needed heaters as this is the U.K and can get cool in summer evenings, freezing in winter LOL.

Highly recommended hotel, you won t be disappointed.

Brilliant from start to finish. I went as part of a group of seven (including two children and a baby). My foreign relatives really enjoyed their first English afternoon tea experience. The selection of teas and other hot drinks was excellent and the sandwiches, pastries and cakes went down very well. One of the children was very fussy and the chef catered well to his needs. Additionally I have to avoid egg, wheat and milk due to allergies. I didn't expect to eat at all but I went along to be with our visitors. Monika, who dealt with the booking and served us on the day, was fantastic: she clearly communicated my dietary requirements to the pastry chef who prepared an amazing assortment of sandwiches, scones and cakes for me. I was bowled over (I'm used to not eating out, so I felt very spoiled!). I had banana cake, almond biscuits, chocolate cake with a passion fruit coulis, smoked salmon sandwiches on gluten free bread spread with olive oil and more! It was an amazing experience, the best afternoon tea I've ever had. My mum agreed it was her best one too. We will definitely go back for afternoon tea again. The only very slight complaint is that it was a little cold in the bar due to the air conditioning and our hot drinks got cold quite quickly. But the staff were very understanding and they did ask for the A/C to be turned down. Overall a great service with very attentive staff. Sergio served us when Monika's shift ended and he was very kind too.

It is not a 5 star hotel
we wait to check in for more than 3 hours and they couldn't do anything. The receptionist were really bad as they gave us an unwelcome feeling.
We book a suit with Hyde park view but they gave us the exact opposite to the Hyde park view.

Fantastic location in Knightsbridge, next to Harvey Nichols with rooms overlooking either Hyde Park where we could see the Serpentine or views towards Lowdnes Sq. Easy access to Harrods, near to the Science, National History & V&A Museums and in the other direction Hyde Park Corner to Buckingham Palace.

We had a very comfortable Serpentine view from our suite and the service was super friendly. And what a view when you wake up and enjoy an in-suite breakfast.

Make sure you go for the local walking tour with the concierge to see the hidden places in the area.

Also had a wonderful afternoon tea in the Knightsbridge Lounge called the Collection Of Scents Afternoon Tea, influenced by the scents of fragrance expert Rachel Vosper. Delightful sandwiches and cakes inspired by the luxury candle maker, a unique sensory experience.
