Great hotel with excellent location next to Leicester Square. If you're sensitive to noise during late evenings and nights, don't get a room facing the square. Higher floors with views towards the back have great views towards Big Ben and London Eye.
Perfect location, comfortable room and friendly staff
Very good location of the hotel. Centre. Convenient to get to the subway. Nearby cozy coffee shops and a supermarket. If you need a place to spend the night, and plan to be in the city during the day is a great option. There is a kettle and microwave. The room has its own bathroom (shower and toilet) - this is cool, a rarity for hostels. The maid comes every day! Very clean. Atmospheric view from the window to the St. Petersburg roofs and the yard well. Beautiful front door.
We had a few problems with service and a rude waitress but the problems were redeemed by Tomas (a wonderful bar server) and also the manager who apologised and did his very best to ensure we were taken care of once the matters had been brought to his attention. Not the 5 star experience on this visit but it's set in great location and great cocktails. I would visit again if I was in the square.

Beautiful and very cozy hotel on Leicestersquare - the heart of London. The location is great. On the one hand it borders the theater district on the other hand you have the shopping area with Burlington arcade, Fortnum and Mason, Oxford street and last but not least Harrod's. You can buy musical or theater tickets on the square in front of the hotel. You are surrounded by the most important cinemas and you can easily grab a premiere with it. The hotel is very warm and modern. The rooms are simply beautiful. It is equipped with every luxury. The bar is really nice to have a nice cocktail. The restaurant is very stylish. You can't skip breakfast because this is a party to start the day with. Add to this an extremely professional and friendly staff and you know why the hotel is often fully booked.

Five star hotel for the location it has, very central with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very small and very old, the one that was given to us had the bed very close to the door and you could hear everything. The bathtub is so high that for the elderly it is a problem. The breakfast buffet has little variety and every day was the same. They say they speak Spanish and it's not true.

I stayed here for one night on 24/02/2018 for my gf 21st birthday. We was staying in a double king superior room and our stay could not have been better. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with a great view of the London Eye from our window. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bath room was very clean. We had breakfast room service the next morning which came exactly on time and the food was delicious. All of the staff made our stay wonderful as they were lovely and was all wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. They catered to our every need and made our stay perfect. I will definitely be back!Nice

I am a Marketing and Events Coordinator for the University of Hertfordshire's Business School and I would like to express a huge thank you to the team of people that looked after the runnings of our event on Friday in the newly refurbished Penthouse Suite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from the moment we got to the venue through to the end of the evening. The view from the Penthouse Suite is absolutely stunning and the newly decorated room is very modern and has a great vibe to it.
In particular, I would like to thank Donna Wilks who has been very patient and accommodating with our requirements for the evening, as well as Mark Souleiman and Lobsang Tamang who went above and beyond to make sure that every need was catered for and ensured our event ran as smooth as possible. They were so friendly and professional and even when I wasn't very well for the evening were very attentive with refreshments and bringing a chair out to the bar/reception area whilst my guests were eating. They met all the needs of our difficult guests, ensuring that everything was kept on track with dietary requirements, held the service in a calm and professional way when necessary and a few guests arrived late without disrupting the evening.
We would definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Hampshire Hotel as a venue both for quality and staff excellence and we look forward to coming back next year for our reunion dinner event and any other event that is suitable for this location.

We stayed here for one night. Fabulous hotel and really friendly staff. The manager really looked after us as it was our first night child free and gave us an upgrade. Lovely refreshing welcoming drink, and umbrellas provided as the weather was bad outside. A large selection of food and drinks, as well as mini bar and really comfortable beds. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. We will be back in October

Great place and location but the air-conditioning is too hot for my liking, making me sweat in my sleep. The windows are also sealed shut.
Went for a meal after a show in London. Excellent food at a special price because we had been to the theatre. The fish was excellent. Very busy best to book.
Main reason for low review is the toilets. The bathtub is a death trap, very slippery. Actually suffered a neck injury from a hard fall on the bathtub edge. My friends who were staying in separate rooms had the same complaint.
I made a complaint to the reception on check out, they better do something about it.

The hotel is in a very central location. I had an amazing view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The rooms are very small but nice. The style is more antique which I personally didn't mind. I found my room suitable for one person, staying there with two people would have been difficult as the room was made to just fit the bed. Staff is extremely friendly. Housekeeping sadly missed to refill several items like cups, spoons, etc. on more than one day of my stay. Breakfast was very nice but the same items are served each day and as I stayed for 5 nights I would have enjoyed more of a variety. I found the bathtub/shower to be difficult to get in and out of and almost fell one morning. Overall I had a good stay and wouldn't mind staying there again.

Absolutely amazing service from the moment we walked in. It was my daughters seventh birthday and all the reception staff made a really special effort and made a real fuss of her. The suite was amazing and again the staff made it extra special for us all. We will be returning and would recommend this hotel and amazing staff without hesitation.

Already the third time I visited this hotel. This time a small renovation had taken place, making the reception and entrance a bit more spacious. Unfortunately, the nice spacious lobby - where you could drink delicious cocktails - has taken place in front of a restaurant, but that is a detail. For the rest, a great hotel in a prime location with fantastic staff. Very friendly and very helpful. The view of the rooms this time was a bit less than the last time, but the rooms were otherwise fine. Although construction is taking place next to the hotel, we were not bothered by it at all. Highly recommended...
Spent a few days online and calling the hotel from the USA to make a reservation for NYE 2018/19 as we are planning a trip back to the UK for 3 weeks. The staff seemed friendly and we confirmed the hotel and cancelation policy up until 4pm NYE day. Today we get a call saying they could not guarantee the room unless we paid in full now!!! even after we have spent time and emails to confirm what we needed to pay upfront, only to be told we needed to pay in full now. fear came true that they would let us down, or double book, i guess best sooner than later!

Helpful courteous staff with immaculate clearly marked facilities and conference rooms
One of the worst places I stayed. Apart from the reasonably good location of the hotel, there is unfortunately not much positive. The windows of the rooms do not isolate at all so that you can hear every little noise in the quite lively area and rather not come to sleep. I have never experienced anything like that and so I can not advise anyone to spend a night here.
Nice hotel is beautifully situated on a nice square with lots of entertainment. From this hotel, many sights are within walking distance and the metro is close by in case you want to go a little further. Highly recommended if you want to explore London for a few days, mainly due to its central location.
The staff is kind and obliging. Try to explain everything in detail. Unfortunately the rooms are not well soundproofed so if there are big customers you will hear them. The bathroom is nice and the furniture is well kept.

We arrived at 10 am, before we even entered, the lobby team unloaded all of our luggage (we had 10 pieces...) and Filpa immediately noticed that our daughters and us are tired after a long flight. she brought us into the lounge and took care of us like family. they arranged for hot tea and cocoa and a relaxing place to sit until our room was ready - and made sure we are getting it at the earliest possible. the room was very accommodating, clean and spacious, we were able to choose our room via online check in - so nice... we chose room 711, great view, very big...VERY comfortable beds. the room was cleaned again when we left for dinner... so we came back and the beds were made again , nice surprise! the breakfast is in a very nice atmosphere, and the restaurant/lounge team is very friendly and professional. when we wanted to find a nice place for dinner, the concierge got us in to one of the best places we have seen, the OXO restaurant... great place to dine after the "EYE"..
