Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Review

We stayed fir a second visit over the Christmas holiday. The service was great, the rooms are spacious and we stayed in an executive room with use of the free buffet breakfast and snacks in the lounge between 5.30 and 7.30 each night. Christmas day we had turkey and all the trimmings in the lounge which was a welcome treat. Special thanks to Eduardo C and Marilou Meren who worked tirelessly over the weekend and we're cheerful and attentive and made our Christmas break special.
Highly recommend this hotel and will be back for a third visit soon .

The price is not expensive, and it seems that casino hotels are priced much cheaper if they are of the same class.
The facilities are really good and the breakfast buffet is also satisfactory

Macau is not much, but Sheraton was the best facility.

When you go to Macau often or stay for a long time, it seems to be the best. The Sands group is connected to each other and the shuttle bus is well. Room condition was also good.

Massive suite room. Elegantly decorated. Check in can be done at their executive lounge... we found this out way later...

Delicious restaurants are almost all here, convenient

We arrived at Macau Ferry terminal by shuttle service and check-in was fast. We stayed at Earth Tower for one night, but room was big and bathroom was large and clean. Jw Marriott is connected to Conrad and is easy and close to Venetian Staff is friendly too

One of the best hotels on the Contai Strip, Macau, the Last Vegas of Asia.

The hotel facilities are good, but the hotel's intention to arrange the rooms and put the supplies in the room is really a big discount to them.

On the whole a large hotel with a good gym and pool, an onsite casino and shopping mall

The executive club lounge was a bit of a let down. Food and drink were served at very specific times and getting a glass of wine outside of those times wasn't possible. Despite that it was large, spacious and comfy with attentive staff.

I had an issue with my key card every day, which meant I had to ask for a new one every day. This was quite annoying and not a pleasant experience. While the hotel apologised, they didn't do anything to rectify this problem.

The gym is equipped with very good equipment. There is a sauna and steam room in the changing rooms as well as two large pool areas. There are relaxation pools and pools for exercise.

The onsite casino is cool with slot machines and roulette tables. Check out the pastel de nata stall in the centre - the coconut one is better than the egg one

Finally, if you want to adventure out of the hotel, just use the indoor walkways to go to the Venetian or the Parisian to check them out!

Great hotel with excellent accessibility to nearby shopping belts for shopping, dining or fun. Room condition well maintained and excellent service.

Very spacious very comfortable hotel and casino. Excellent staff and service, would be delighted to stay there again.

Here is such a huge queue for renting a hotel room. The rooms are not cheap and all the same km in line. In Macau, everything is very expensive, you have to go with a large supply of money

We also have a mangrove typhoon in this hotel. Basically, this restaurant feels a little smaller than the Venetian. In general, all the customer service staff are clean and the environment is not bad, but this one is a child. The game room is actually charged.
When the typhoon came over, the room was still quiet, and the cleaning staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful to help us through this terrible day. The strong typhoon hit Macau and there was nowhere to stay in the room, and all the facilities were not. Open, thank the hotel staff for reminding us not to take the elevator at this time so as not to be stuck in the elevator. Last year, due to the attack of Typhoon Tiange, the power outage caused three hours.

Second time staying here; it's about 10 to 15 mins away from the airport by cab. There are drop off services to the airport and the ferry terminal. The service is quite good, and it's connected to the other hotels and malls. Definitely, hotel of choice for when I go back again.

The internet is very good. Although the room is a bit small, it is quiet and the location is not too far for people to go anywhere.

Micghel at the check in desk deserves a special mention. He was so supportive, helpful, patient, kind and attentive to our requirements.

The room is not small, the service staff is good, the hotel is opposite the Venetian in Paris, the room is relatively close to the people.

Room was great, the mall was great, the staff were also nice and helpful, but queued for longer than 2 hours waiting to check-in. there were 2 self checking-in machines - one was offline and another could only recognise about half of the travelling documents of the visitors. What a shame to the Sheraton brand for such servicing efficiency as a 5-star hotel.

I can not deny that it is a hotel with excellent caustic rain. I stayed several times and it seems that the check-in time which is old was getting faster.

The general check-in counter was crowded, and I did it at the CLUB? Check-in counter on the second floor. The room was big enough for one person, clean and comfortable. I want to repeat the next.

A wonderful place to shop, sleep, honeymoon, etc. Super-stocked restaurant - with one exception: they did not have Polish vodka. Minus one star for this oversight.

It may be relatively cheap, and the relationship between the number of rooms is very large. There are many people. Check in usually waits for a long time. The room is OK, but the breakfast is not good. The muffins taste like a long-lasting fritter.

The room has a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room, a very large area, lots of drinking water, and a turndown service. The attitude of the service staff in the fitness center is not what you want...

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Macau. The poor arrangement of check in process for such a high traffic hotel. The staff is not attentive and caring when the guest encountered the problem while check in. It claim it is a 4-5 start hotel but the in room amenities and designer like a 3 star hotel. I will never come back again or even wanna check out now; I just did my check-in 30 mins ago.

I booked the cheapest room, but he said that he would do a free upgrade and made it to a place with a good view of the Eiffel Tower (Sky Tower).
It looks like there are two buildings in the Earth Tower Sky Tower.
On the second floor of this hotel, there is a passage that leads to the Parisian Hotel, so those who want to see the Eiffel Tower can go to the Eiffel Tower without going outside on a hot day.
Other buildings seem to be connected, but I haven't been there.

There is a Chinese restaurant called Northern Hall on the first floor, and it's really delicious. Sichuan Tantan noodles (Sichuan Tan Tan Mian) is also worth eating. There is also a dim sum restaurant (Yumcha), both of which are relatively cheaper than other restaurants on the first floor of the hotel. There are many other famous restaurants such as Crystal Jade, etc.

If you go straight into the alley on the right before exiting the passage leading to the other building on the second floor and turn right, there is a convenience store.
There are also Korean products, but it's great for a night snack. Of course, it is more expensive than Korea.

Food courts from various countries are lined up on the 3rd floor.
There are a lot of delicious things. There are two beverage shops between the escalators right in front of the food court.

The age difference is really delicious (with brown sugar and cheese, about 8,000 Hanwha)
If you buy an age difference before going out and go out, go away from the heat.

There is a massage place on the 3rd floor. There are 2 locations.
The cheapest full-body massage is about 170,000 per hour.
Massages for each country are on the menu,
After receiving it, it seems that it is not comparable to the local massage in Nara. It doesn't mean go at all though. It's cool.

There are a lot of casino pickpockets, friends' mobile phones are being smashed, security is very negative, and it is lucky to be able to find them back, but the way the hotel handles it is still very negative.

The bed is very comfortable~ a lot of gym equipment! The night scene is beautiful

The casino is a rattle. I can not use Diners. Chuck's-in was crowded with consecutive holidays of Chinese ethnic migration. There is a counter for spg members.

I want to see it more slowly, but Macau is expensive

Great room and facilities, bathroom facilities are also very complete. The only downside is that the water temperature is cold and hot.

After an exceptional stay at the Sheraton Nanshan, this property fell short in welcoming me as a Lifetime Titanium Elite guest. I was upgraded to a regular club room with a sad view. No suite upgrade and they said I had to have breakfast in the club room or use up my welcome amenity to eat in the main breakfast area. Seriously? This property made me feel like an average guest. I haven't been in a regular room in years. It is very disappointing given how many rooms there are here, and that they have a designated check in for elite members. The check in was just underwhelming, no welcome note from management with snacks in my room, and again, the view and room, as basic as can be. So disappointed! Take note from the Sheraton Nanshan and step it up!

There is a long queue at check-in from 3-5pm. Make sure having Marriott membership to do it, otherwise you are going to spend couple hours at lobby.

Clearly one of the best hotels I've ever been. Exceptionally motivated staff, the furnishing s top, the location great. World class!

The rooms are large enough and comfortable, with no shortage of facilities and amenities, and good cleaning.
If the scale of the hotel is too large and the room is far from the elevator, it may be difficult just to walk the hotel when going out.

At the pool you can present your card key and borrow a bath towel and locker key from the change room.
There are two pools.
Venetian and Parisian can be seen from the pool on the Macau Strip side.

The biggest problem is check in. Please prepare for at least one hour when crowded.
It is recommended that you go as early as possible, check the check-in time with the staff, and check in quickly.
The deposit is HKD 1,000.
Card payment is accepted and will be canceled at checkout.
On the other hand, checkout is express checkout.
We put card key in post on the first floor elevator side and finish.

The shuttle bus uses the Sands Cotai Central shared bus, but be careful as the entrance to the Sheraton Concierge next to Taipa Ferry Terminal is the bus stop.

It is hard to check in, but otherwise it is a comfortable hotel.
The location is also advantageous because it faces the cotai strip.
Some booking sites may be cheaper than Holiday Inn. (It was only 12,000 yen per room for 1 night stay overnight using CTrip)
Cost performance is also good.

rooms are great, spacious, nice big bathroom. great buffet selection, friendly staff, but took forever to get from point A to point B in the hotel because its huge since few hotels are connected. one downside is that even after we booked our room online, we had to wait in line to check-in for two hours! after a long journey from traveling 8 hours in flight n one hour of ferry time, we waited two hours just to check-in n relax. wish the staff understood English better.

Excellent Service and a beautiful property.. Must stay if you are in Macau. The rooms on 34th floor are spacious and beautifully designed. The view is so beautiful at night when all the buildings are lit up.. The connected malls, connectivity to ferry and from there to airport is seamless. All in all perfect place to stay and would recommend Sheraton to anyone who is traveling to Macau.

The body is satisfactory, especially the shower space is very loose, the house is adequate and comfortable. The hotel has more people, check in slow, and improve.

Smoking floor stinks too much, otherwise a nice place.

It seems the hotel accepted too many guests with too less staffs. Queuing and waiting for everything, especially there were too many unmannerly tourists that making queue was even harder there. The service was disappointing. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 6 pm. We went out for dinner and came back at 10 pm, and the room was still unavailable. However, suddenly our room was ready just right after I asked the front desk to call duty manager to assist. Yet, the suite was very impressive indeed. Huge and there was even a audio room in the suite.

It was amazing, when we did check in Aashish did it very well, He gave us full information about hotel and sorroundings, so as per his saying we followed and enjpyed fully .Thank you Ashish and Sheraton hotel.Wwe will visit soon.

Excellent location Central location Delightful rooms and great breakfast.

Facilities, location, restaurant, shop etc. are without a complaint. The casino is completely non smoking . It is that soundproofness is low and the sound of the hallway and upper room can be heard.
