We had nine nights reservation In a club lounge room. We were well served and taken cared of. Our douther studied In Macau and was welcommed to club lounge without a charge. We'll recommed this hotel.
Great room. Clean and posh. Fantastic services. Had breakfast at the club floor. Lovely services and staff are extremely polite. Wanted to thank Ms Myn Lam who help make our family stay a very pleasant one in Sheraton.
Had a great time during our stay at Sheraton in Macau. It s quite centrally located on the Cotai strip. When you land at the Cotai ferry terminus, you can take a free shuttle to the hotel. Try getting a room on one of their higher floors to enjoy the views (we were on the 35th floor and loved it)
The facilities of the hotel and the price are right. The last time I was here was March 2017 and had an unforgettable experience. While I was swimming in outdoor heated swimming pool, I discovered another swimmer swimming by with his socks and sports shoes on!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and unfortunately we didn't experience the quality of 5 star Sheraton as we expected.
We asked the reception if we have any especial offer for food and spa, we has been advised that there are only few offers but we need to contact reception to get voucher. But every time we contacted receiption they didn't have any clue of these offers and they needed to check.
Another challenge was receptionists weak level of English understanding.
Also every time our room get cleaned, cleaner forgot something ( tea, towel, shampoo,...!!!)
Overall, it was Not a great experience.

Super fast Internet, professional receptionists (* What an inviting welcome from Mr.Eduardo C.) and concierge desk, and kind staff on the hallway. One of their food courts has limited selection heavily focused on Chinese menu, which is interesting vs. Breakfast selection (i.e. great pastries) in the Sheraton club (4F). Audio quality in the media room was fabulous. Having said that, I'll give a one star to the Express checkout. Need to upgrade or change a touchscreen system.
Place are great for holiday as the transportation is good, but too much mainland chinese here who made the place too noisy and crowd. Casino is good.

Well maintained and hassle free check in and check out but make sure u arrive after 1 in the afternoon for check in.right in the middle of cotai strip and we'll connected to all the casinos and pubs in and around like venetian ,COD,plaza.Most of all its highly worth it for the amount I paid for the room.
Very nice staff. Nice rooms. Wonderful beds. And beautiful pool. The only downside was some screaming in 3:00AM that woke me up the last night. Otherwise i was delighted by my stay there!

2. The room card often cannot be swiped normally in the elevator. Sometimes it can be brushed in one elevator, and the other can't.

This is the 3rd time with family and friends this month that we've checked in and it's obviously been very good. The staycation package was something we needed from what's happening with the world. It has been rough, to some maybe even harder but you sure did delight some of us. It was already a give away for 880 patacas with 500 patacas daily food voucher, the Qube and Eiffel tickets and what's even great was the room upgrade, because why not, right? If it means making their patrons happy and the rooms are available anyway. That is customer satisfaction right there! What's even greater is the personalized touch the employees gave, the handwritten notes of thank you, gift, origami they folded.. even walking us from the lobby to the elevators. It was really something. Kudos, Sheraton Grand Macao. It's worth mentioning too, the names Joyce Jimenez, Shana, Rechell Ann, Fiona Lao, the ambassador, the staff at the pool and bar. Big thank you!

Although some are not so new, the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is great.
