Beautiful hotel casino. Good size room. However the towels are a little bit worn.

It is a huge and spacious hotel or resort with all the facilities you expect to have from a resort like spa, kids zone, salon, pools, shopping centres, gym, restaurant and obviously airy rooms .the staff here is helpful. You can find many places near Sheraton to visit and enjoy as the hotel is located in Taipa side of Macau

Both the shuttle bus and the bus must go to Parisians or newcomers. It is really inconvenient. The four-person and three-person family rooms only provide two people with supplies and water. For two nights, they must call and ask for housekeeping. It is not recommended to choose.

Good one night stopover. Lots of shops for anyone looking good to buy.

This is the fourth visit to Macau.
Sheraton Macau is my second stay at a hotel I visited about four years ago.
This time, Club Lounge staff A was fluent in Japanese and helped me from check-in to check-out in various ways, and I was able to spend a very meaningful time.
I would like to use it again when visiting Macau again.

Good value for money. It is easy to get to other hotels, and the pool and rooms are great. It was hard to wait in line only when checking in. The rest was good.

The view is good, the room is clean, the Chinese reception staff is super good! awesome

Room is nice as expexted, however, I reserved 3 rooms but only one was available when I check-in at 3pm, it's a bit disappoonted. But the other service is good like they proactively guided me to family line as I visited with my kids and parents.

I made a request for a high-rise Eiffel view, and only the smoking room was left, so I was forced to go to the smoking room, but I couldn't feel the smell of cigarettes. As of January, the Eiffel Tower was not visible from the swimming pool. I was looking forward to the Eiffel view by the swimming pool, but I was disappointed.
This is a good value hotel, but the service is a bit poor. The Sheraton Wi-Fi bursts very well. You can check in quickly by simply signing up for Bonvoy membership. The regular check-in line is huge.

Isolate for 700 Australian dollars a night, the quality of living is much better than other places, the space is large and there are two single beds, two large and two small or couples, couples, and WIFI does not need to be over the wall, and the speed is fast and boring You can chase dramas, watch outdoor scenery or exercise in the room when you are in, in addition, smoking rooms are specially provided for smokers to meet different needs of guests!

Isolation meals can choose Chinese, Western and vegetarian meals. Because I am not sure about Western food, I chose Chinese food. Each meal comes with a portion of fruit. Although the food is lighter, it is better than other hotels, and the dishes are different. This isolated hotel is already very high-quality!

Compared to other Sheraton, I was unkind and uncomfortable. Swimming pool is uncomfortable to swim. If you come back to Macau, Sheraton will not choose ...

A hotel that is as comfortable as a 5 star hotel's name value.
But I recommend other 5 star hotels in Macau.
As old as the old hotel, there is nothing new ~ ~

Hotel is clean. Location is excellent. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a excellent place in Macau.

There is only a casino, and the hotel is super luxury specification, but the toilet is not a shower toilet and the manners of other users are bad and dirty.
As room and meal are delicious, it is feeling that there is almost no point to complain because it is mecca rich.
However, there are many people who are bad at gala, and there are also many people who are defeated and killed.

Kind, clean, I liked everything. Especially, this house chef's Madeleine can be confident that it is better than any kind of food in Macau. Why the Madeleine of Heaven, Madelein exist in this world, why I come back to Macau

Beautiful hotel experience in Macau with the casino

Hotel existing of towers from about 40 floors. In the middle the casino. Service and rooms are very good. Breakfast in the feast restaurant is top. Choice of several styles of regional foods. The hotel/casino is connected by corridors with shopping facilities and by a bridge to the Venetian and Parisian.

Breakfast is delicious, there are children's favorite characters, Hard Rock, Venetian is good to see and shuttle bus route is also various.

Overall satisfied. Rooms: Spacious Toilet: Spacious Amenities: A very common Chinese shampoo set Water: Free 4 very thankful Beds: Comfortable enough Check-in: Waiting for more than 10 minutes, although only 5,6 pairs were lined up. The only complaint. When I stayed at the Parisian Hotel in person, I was guided in the priority lane in a few minutes because I checked in online. There was an automatic check-in machine, but it is unkind that the deposit is only cash.

Decent hotel but too many competition in this area. Will try other hotels next time.

This is the most terrible hotel restaurant I have ever seen!! Bad food with very limited choices, all buffet food has no refill, I have waited the water refill for over 20 minutes!! I can't believe this is Sheraton Hotel! I will never come here again and will definitely tell all my friends not to visit this restaurant too. It ruined my Family Christmas trip!

The room is OK, but the outdoor air-conditioning opportunity has to enter the room, it is the first time I encountered it.

This hotel is absolutely the worst SPG hotel in terms of check in service. As an SPG preferred guest, I have to wait 2 hours to complete the check-in. At least 2 people jump in front of the queue. 2 hours only for check-in to this hotel!

Can you imagine as a SPG guest member, you have to stand on the queue for 2 hour just for checked in. the manager actually feel like is okay without showing any apologize? I recommend you guys book hotel through travel agency not waste your SPG points since make no difference in check-in. SPG member exclusive area was used by everyone without any management

Huge room and friendly staffs altough some don't even speak english

-Take the pink shuttle from the airport and get off after 2 stops (after Conrad)
-If you check in with Bon Boy among many articles, it will be faster to capture and display the member QR code.
-After 3pm on weekdays, the people who check-in were not as jagged as the other posts and photos. General check-in side is more than 10 people, Bonboy check-in is only one team in front of us.
-However, there is one Bonboy check-in staff who takes longer than the regular line (about 15 minutes), and the regular check-in people who were gathered together disappeared quickly (it may be a matter of communication.
-3 people for 2 nights 589,927 won, deposit of 1,000 red daughters in cash (fold a piece of paper fine to ask later when you check out)
-Eiffel Tower view, the only place you can go is near the elevator, which can be a bit noisy. Or you can give it to a quiet place away from the elevator, but it's still less cleaned, so come back in about an hour or two (this is not exactly what I know from my point of view.
-I couldn't have breakfast and lunch at 9 am anyway, so I'll come and eat. So I asked for a quiet place.
-Carrier can be left free of charge on the left side (inside) of the hotel entrance.

The luggage service and reception staff in the lobby are very good, the room is comfortable, the space is enough, the bed is soft and moderate, the bed is very good, the bathroom space is very wet and dry, and there is a smoking room.

The place are great ,the rooms are bigger and clean and we have a great view of the poolside and the Parisian Tower.
My kids enjoy the pool which are open till 8:30pm..after a tiring walk a great way to end your day at their pool..
Highly recommended staff ,Mr.Teddy Bear Wee,not my relative though,just met him at the hotel and He was very accomodating and help us in the ins and out of the hotel amenities and tourist attractions nearby and Mr.Leong who assisted us eith our luggage...Ms.Erika Mallari for great services she has shown us in our stay at Sheraton..High Five and Excellent ratings to this hotel..
We are still here but planning to get back soon...

been there a couple times already. they gave me a surprise chocolate cake for my bf's birthday after i told them in advance that this is a celebration getaway. they have photo booth machines at the lobby too. friendly staff and remember to join their SPG membership. it gives u fast check in and check out. love the hotel!

We were at the hotel at a convention. We received good service and attention, there are rooms of all sizes for events. Good quality food It is well located and conveniently connects you with other hotels and shopping center through interior corridors.

The price is OK, the location is very good, the disadvantage is that the counter handling CHECK IN is not fast, waited for 30 minutes.
