Perfect for family trips. The swimming pool on the fourth floor is good and there are many good restaurants. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the first floor, but you have to stand in line when you are over 8 o'clock and wait a lot longer.

It took more than an hour to check in. The front desk confirmed the information and confirmed the error. I originally booked the triple room. After waiting for a long time, I came to the extra bed and called the front desk. There are some equipments in the room (there are bathtubs), the middle rules are in the middle, and the hotel decoration is also. However, this registration experience is too bad, I will not choose Sheraton again next time~

Too many Chinese tourists, hence I can understand why the staff service is lower than what one can expected from Sheraton.

The place is grandiose and exquisite. The rooms are very elegant and the staffs are friendly. The views from the rooms are breathtaking.

There is a casino in the basement. It is good for a little enjoyment.

The room was clean and quiet, and the air was cold enough.

We recently stayed at the this property, the team immediately recognised our loyalty membership and we were upgraded to the presidential suite, this in itself was an amazing experience.

Despite being the biggest Sheraton in the world, the check in lines are managed exceptionally well, and they breeze through it all.

The facilities are top notch, 2 hotel pools and a massive gym.

I would like to mention that Lucas Liu from the Sheraton Club was exceptional.

I have been travelling Asia for the last month at all Marriott Bonvoy properties including multiple Ritz Carlton hotels and there was no one as close to being as great as Lucas was.

He went above and beyond in every aspect and exceeded all of my expectations and more.
From sharing his local knowledge to looking after our group with the most care and attention, and even offering to pay for our train ticket with his own money.

He is a very driven, caring and motivated person.
I have never experienced customer service as good as him and he is a very valuable staff member.

I would like to also give a special mention to Eduardo C from Sheraton Club, his service was also exceptional and made our stay extra special.

The Sheraton has a wonderful team and a great resort and I will be looking forward to returning to this property.

Service is excellent with variety facilities in the resort. The pool is nice and gym opens 24 hrs.

It's deserve four star but cut one star due to Venetian Hotel.

I enjoyed palms cafe and bar in 1st floor. I came here alone at late night(almost 9a.m.) and bartenders were really kind and nice. They recommended cocktails for me and make me enjoy my time with generous talks. I strongly recommend enjoy cocktails here for special experience. It should be awesome night.

I stayed here. Breakfast was easier and better than I had expected.

The bed is invincible and sleepy, the quilt is very good, almost bought a group to return home.
There is a 24-hour gym and a pool from 07:00-20:30.
The free shuttle bus to the airport starts at 10:00, if you take a taxi from the door to the airport for about 55 MOP.

The staff are cordial and courteous, the Stars Carnival performs well and the price is reasonable, it is very suitable for children to play.

In the 23rd floor stayed for three nights, the side windows at night may afar Venetian light show.

The shuttle bus is a little too small and the hall looks a bit messy.

Place is huge. Rooms are just ok. Elevator system needs better signage.

Nice view at the 18th floor youll the city on its overview and the mini eifel tower. Howecer, got some issue with the door key card hardly work. We got out for swimming and we were going back to our room we got stuck At same floor and when we resolve the elevator issue. The card didn't work at our door, we waited and report it to personnel in charge to change the key card. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning too, especially the kids pool. But in general we had fun staying at the hotel.

I've had the best check-in experience of my life when I checked-in at Sheraton Grand Macao, all thanks to Shana who was exceptional! She was very helpful, friendly, and looked like she really loves what she's doing. I checked in very late and was very tired from my Hongkong trip and Shana's warm welcome made a difference. Since she knew that my flight is very late on the next day, she went the extra mile and gave me a comp late check out which really helped! I cannot describe how amazing she was and words can't express how thankful I am. I also got a room with an amazing view of the Macau Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. Great facilities, perfect location, excellent staff!

Biggest Sheraton in the world. Modern and comfortable. Definitely try their Feist breakfast. The variety will blow your mind.

Great hotel just in Cotai center. Quite and spoiling rooms

Checking in a bit slow, 4th floor swimming pool location is too far those in the Earth Tower. Other than that is a very good hotel in term of service and location.

The crab and Ise shrimp in the restaurant under the second tower were delicious. Benny's breakfast is not particularly delicious with a Chinese menu.

Massive hotel in sands cotai. Two towers full of tourists from mostly mainland. If you stay, you must get used to the crowds, make sure you have breakfast before 745 otherwise be prepared to be swamped by a sea of tourists., Lounge can also get super packed during breakfast times even during low season. I believe the hotel has done collaboration with tour companies in China which drives occupancy rate up and bring in a lot of people. Nonetheless, the suites are very very nicely furnished even by Chinese hotel standards, nowadays the five star branded hotels are all opulent but the Sheraton suites are still very special even by the high standards in china

Great hotel and superb service.. the room is clean and they even call to my room to see whether I need a clean up for my room.. the buffet also not bad and staff is very friendly too.. location is great as it is opposite of Venetian hotel and a lot of shops around the hotel so u can shop till you broke.. also they have their own casino so u can enjoy gambling without walking to other places..

In the popular entertainment area, you can reach famous hotels and entertainment venues such as Xinyi and Venetian through the trails. Sheraton's dinner is rich in seafood, with evening drinks and full activities, with a good CP value. However, I don t think there is much need to buy a club-level room type, because the afternoon tea is really weak, and some biscuits and juices are sent away. It feels very worthless.

Around 10 staff members helped check in, but it seems obvious that there are too many people waiting for most Chinese tourists
It is divided into two towers and the outdoor swimming pool is wide, so there is no problem even if there are many people.
It just takes a while to get to the hotel

The hotel is very big but I feel a lot older. The location is really good. It would be very easy to go around here. However, I felt sorry that the employees were slow and unfriendly than other places in Sheraton or spg in other countries.

The room as a whole is clean, but the decoration is a bit old

Nice five-stars hotel in Cotai Macau, got casino inside by Sands casino group.

Room is very nice and clean, got spg platinum upgrade to club room with living room here.

Lounge is now under renovation, so they gave u access to restaurant from 5.30-7.30PM instead. Foods and drinks there quite nice and free for platinum member.

Only drawback for this hotel is their old elevator keycard system, and if u stay on 40th floor on tower2 You need 2 Hops of elevator fyi.

The hotel is clean and nice, but there is no window outside depending on the location of the room.

While in check in have to wait for 60 minutes no proper arrangements to guide the flow of the visitor,s.

I stayed at the 33rd floor. I did not expect it and it was so good. The view was very good too. Welcome fruit was also delicious. It is on the 33rd floor, but it's incredibly big. Especially bed and bedding was so comfortable and really good. The real bedding is the best. I can sleep well. I want to go again next time ^^
