It seems the hotel accepted too many guests with too less staffs. Queuing and waiting for everything, especially there were too many unmannerly tourists that making queue was even harder there. The service was disappointing. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 6 pm. We went out for dinner and came back at 10 pm, and the room was still unavailable. However, suddenly our room was ready just right after I asked the front desk to call duty manager to assist. Yet, the suite was very impressive indeed. Huge and there was even a audio room in the suite.
