The worst hotel I ever stayed in Macau. The poor arrangement of check in process for such a high traffic hotel. The staff is not attentive and caring when the guest encountered the problem while check in. It claim it is a 4-5 start hotel but the in room amenities and designer like a 3 star hotel. I will never come back again or even wanna check out now; I just did my check-in 30 mins ago.
