Caution Rain Good Hotel! Location is nice and clean.

The environment is wrong, the price is very expensive for one night.

The service is welcoming, the two-bed room is two double beds, very comfortable, and the space for children to play with is also great!

The room is clean. The waiter's attitude is good. But hard sell lunch buffet, speak frist in first served, so you need a book. I have to wait, but I am not sure I have to wait for a few. We stayed Oct 20-23 and the room was upgrade to president suite by Mrs. RUBY,the guest service ambassador.She also followed me for room's instruction.Thanks for your great care. I will always stay in Sheraton when I come here next.

Hotel was average, got put in a smoking level as they had no other rooms, and then upon looking out window over pool area observed smashed glass sitting on ledge that had not been cleaned up from previous accident. It has been 23 days since departure and security deposit has still not been refunded... poor.

Just staying calm The average maker hotel is just like that.

Perhaps not as famous as Venetian, but less crowded. Also a nice place for shopping.

Overall a comfortable stay. The lobby can be crowded at times, but that's to be expected because of the casino. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered me was that when we were checking in, the reception staff couldn't figure out whether the room was paid for or not. Even after I showed them the confirmation they didn't believe me. It was just a bit annoying having to stand at reception for half an hour, but everything was figured out eventually.

Here are some advantages. The quality of the accommodation and breakfast buffet is good and the swimming pool is well managed. Employees are kind and responsive.

The landscape is open, and the 8-character lights of the Parisian's Eiffel Tower and Studio City are more effective at night. There is a big park below, and it looks like going to a European garden. It can be said that it is the most beautiful in Macau.

Come to live with friends, the dolls that parade in the afternoon are not very ok.

One of the three hotels in Sands City is higher than the Holiday Inn, lower than Conrad, it is four stars!

Of course, the hotel is fine. It's new, huge and full of people. But it took 40 minutes to check in. Mid week. I'm happy they're doing good business, but there were at least 6 check-in counters vacant. Why not open them when you have 30 or 40 people waiting?

The pool is more manageable, very safe, cool and cool, and rich in breakfast.

Beautiful property. Definitely not your normal Sheraton, but reminds me one of the Vegas strip hotels with great designer shops, restaurants and a casino.

Excellent buffet spread and decent casino in ground floor

Waited 2 whole hrs just to check in. Had a hard time finding my way in the huge malls. Got lost in the maze of shops. Lighting was dim and there were unnecessary decorations. Also had to wait an hour to enter a lunch buffet with not much to choose from. Food quality was average.
The good thing was the wide wifi coverage. Was connected in every corner of the hotel/mall and also on every shuttle bus. Free shuttle bus service connecting different hotels and harbours in Macau was very convenient. Also liked the wide 1.4m beds and the large spacious bathroom.

There are two buildings and a huge hotel. There are many restaurants and shops, and there are many guests.

Everything is satisfactory. But the swimming pool seems to be for children

Check in horrible, it took us one hour waiting in line! I m travelling a lot, used to work as a tour guide, this never happened before.
The shower wastes far too much water. We should take better care of water.
An excellent coffee at the huge breakfast buffet which is very well organized.

Hua is good for Hong Kong people to live in a hotel but I feel special

The outdoor swimming pool is 0.3 to 1.2 meters deep and has 10 small pools for children to play with.

The rooms were spacious and grand and the view from the rooms also was breathtaking. The bathrooms we're gigantic and lovely. The breakfast counters were humongous and grand with a lot of breakfast options. Overall it was a complete delight.

The results of the triple room are for two people. I have to call and ask them to make up.

Good value for money satisfaction! Room condition and room service were very good too. The trap to wait when checking in. I stayed at the hotel because it was a little cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

Was told that this is the largest Sheraton Hotel in the world with 2,000+ hotel rooms. Size of room is big and comfortable with a large king size bed, spacious toilet, couches etc. Room deco is a bit dated though. The queue at check-in is quite long, despite being a SPG member. Checkin staff is very polite and cheerful. Restaurant for buffet is quite a long walk from the hotel lobby.

Great hotel, the largest hotel in the Sheraton chain. We took the club suite. The food and furnishings in the hotels were all new and delicious. Highly recommend

Very big. But the service really needs to be strengthened. Things are forgotten in the room, but I can t find it back.

It's a good place to go with your family and have a good time at the hotel. I do not have a convenience store, but it's quicker and easier than finding a shuttle to and from the airport.

Compared to hotels around, it is relatively old but affordable

This is certainly among the best in the world. Special highlight to Concierge service. People really interested in doing their best to solve the problems of hotel guests. I stayed here from 16 to 20/01/17. There are several transfer lines between hotels.

Well, if you are fluent in Chinese and you speak English well, you would be okay. But if you can not speak English very well ... it was difficult to communicate with the reception staff and it was difficult to understand because you did not speak slowly. I just wanted to go talk to myself. I and the party went to the Holiday Inn concierge and asked me to ask. I was kind and well explained. I have often felt uncommunicative about the gym workers and the breakfast restaurant staff.
