Unfortunate ... They say that they have passed by house and have left notification and it is LIE, they force you to go to pick up the package and that if you find out that it has arrived and they have not returned them directly ... And not one but several times. A company shame.

ORRIBLE They have picked up the package with a lot of delay, saying that the recipient was absent (which is not true!). In addition, the package had to arrive in 4 days, but it arrived in a week and a half, without knowing where the package was on the road! The data to follow the package are not updated, even if I have sent many emails to know where my package was! Attention for the client is also terrible, because it was not possible to talk to anyone at the end and I only lost money to call them! The package arrived very dirty and twisted. For luck I have put sheets to protect the content. I put two stars only because in the end the box arrives with all the content and (for luck) nothing is broken.

Worst shipment company I have ever experienced! Ever time something has been shipped with them there were issues. I was sometimes waiting for my delivery for days and only after I contacted them which is super hard anyway, they told me that for whatever reason they cannot deliver it. But they never actively informed me about it. Now I always try to check before ordering if it is delivered with SEUR and then will not order at all. I am not sure how they can even still be in business

In the mail of seur I get an identifier that is NOT mine and I can not follow the order, unless I do it from the DPD (UK) website that is where the order comes from, which ALWAYS goes perfectly.
Thanks to this website I can inform myself that a new boy has passed and no one has found at home, nor has he left paper, nor has he called the telephone, nor the bell ... in other words, that it has NOT happened ...
I call the phone, I dial the wrong tracking number, I call again I speak with a girl confirms my address is all right tomorrow will happen at such time ... It does not happen ... same story, neither calls nor paper nor ring 2 lost days.
I call again and after half an hour the girl can contact the new dealer, the address verified yesterday with me correctly, according to the boy, NOW is wrong and has "confused" the door number with the floor number, when, I repeat, It was confirmed by phone and in the email warning of seur this PERFECT.

The WORST courier company I have ever seen.
They bring me the package, I'm not here and I'll fix it for the MORNING the next day
They bring it at 16, when I had already left for work, and already with threats to return it as if it were my fault. To this, I ask that they deliver it in a tobacconist, they tell me OK.
Then it turns out that they no longer work with that tobacconist and had not been notified.

I am waiting for a package all day. It seems that the carrier has passed when I was eating, but has not left a note.

I find it very sad.
I can assure you that I will never send anything with SEUR, I do not want my clients to be served in this way.

When you have a shipment from SEUR you know that on the indicated day you will not receive the package, that is if they do not lose it or they deliver it to you in poor condition. It is a complete disaster, from customer service (half of the staff seems not to know and the other half seems to be only interested in getting rid of the customer as quickly as possible). According to them they came repeatedly, although I only received a message of absence on the mobile the first day, and from there I had to call almost daily to find out what happened with the delivery. I don't know why they bother asking you for a delivery time, if they bring you the packages when they feel like it. After 13 days without being able to receive the package and after the threat of "after 10 days we usually return it", I had no choice but to go look for it to an industrial estate away from all transport, since they do not even give you the option to pick it up at Other branches In the end I had to spend 3 hours and 20 euros in taxis to 'receive' the package, since they seem unable to do their job. Embarrassing, a lack of absolute respect for the client. Complaints should be made in companies that work with Seur International (Amazon, for example).

No one rang the bell or called me on my mobile. DHL gave me the option to collect my box at a nearby store but with Seur I still don't know what will happen. What a pity!
