The WORST courier company I have ever seen.

The WORST courier company I have ever seen.
They bring me the package, I'm not here and I'll fix it for the MORNING the next day
They bring it at 16, when I had already left for work, and already with threats to return it as if it were my fault. To this, I ask that they deliver it in a tobacconist, they tell me OK.
Then it turns out that they no longer work with that tobacconist and had not been notified.
Result: thanks to their inexperience they return my package to destination, and I have to travel long kilometers to leave a formal claim since they do not have an office in Barcelona (how convenient ..)
