It has been a horrible experience. In the United Kingdom DPD is very good but here in Spain it is useless. They said they came to my apartment 2 times but I was at home. No one rang the bell or called me on my mobile. DHL gave me the option to collect my box at a nearby store but with Seur I still don't know what will happen. What a pity!
