Really bad experience. They didn't honour reservations for rooms booked earlier.

It was an awesome experience. Great food and very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay, best service, rooms are neat and clean. Best in price.

Always been the best and quiet place to stay...room are massive but need to renovate the interior.

The old towel has some ugly smell recommend new or fresh one's.
Break is small but scattered everywhere.
Breakfast Chef does his job perfectly, special recommendation for the omlette chef. It was fantastic!!!

Experience was good. Rooms are also good. Food and Drinks arw costlier. If you want liquor from outside, shop is situated in Igatpuri around 3 kms also store doesn't accept cards so better carry your liquor with you. Overall experience is good atmosphere is also good

Place was very beautiful but the bed was kept unclean and was a bit hard. Food was below average. Lovely place though

Mystic Valley Resort is one of the many resorts on the Nasik Highway at Igatpuri. The place is huge with various categories of rooms available but unfortunately it is poorly maintained. Normal resort facilities like swimming pool, restaurant are available. All in all a pretty average place.

The view is breathtaking from these sky water villas! Igatpuri is the place for monsoon! Rentals are Reasonably charged and along with home cooked food (provide you with your personal cooks at 3000rs extra). Clean hygienic villas!
Villa has its deck/speaker where you can connect your smartphones easily!!

Deducted 1 star, because the swimming-pool was not functioning in the weekend we visited. However, the authorities arranged an alternative at Manas Resort 5min walk from Mystic Valley Resort.

Maintenance is clearly not a priority for the management, but they do offer a very warm hospitality and good quality of service and food.

Great at its economical rates. The food here in its Restaurant "Garnet" is amazing (5 s for the chef).

Good Hospitality management. We fools went to the pool post its closing time (Pool timings not clearly mentioned) , but the manager was obliging and got it reopened upon our request for a little while #CustomerSatisfaction.

FIRSTLY, To the owners. 6pm is not a time to shut the pool. I can understand a cut off thats subject to sunset/darkness hours.#MysticValley please ammend this rule.
SECONDLY, Access to the hotel from the highway needs to be done-up owing to a foggy ambience in the rains and in winter. It becomes dangerous and a li'l treacherous due to visibility and muddy portholes.

Poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms..Rust spots on towels..Night lamps were not working.food was good.no such options for kids in the play area.i won't think of visiting again.

third class service im now stay in this hotel there is no tv started cable is not available ac is not working internet service not available very poor service...i try many times reception but no body ans me what is d problem... shem on this hotel ....

Been her with office friends great place for huge group of friends and family in bungalows ... The cook was also great he cooked really delicious food.. place is very neat and clean 5 huge bedroom and clean washroom... And the swimming pool is inside bungalows

The rooms are very spacious and we liked the concept of suite rooms. However, games zone is non functional, spa is not that great and food is ok. The property is huge, they should invest in maintaining it. The best part is the myst that comes over in the early morning hours!

Mystic Valley Spa resort is a great place to be. We had a blast there in a villa with a private pool. The pool was accessible all night.. the climate was awesome. Lovely dense fog everywhere. The rooms were comfortable with cozy beds. The villa had 4 rooms with 1 bed each. 2 halls with 1 smart TV. Service was excellent.only problem was the dense fog outside in the evening. The market place is as round 10 12 KM's from the villa. Had a lovely overnight stay there.. I highly recommend it..

Very neatly maintained. The best pool I have gotten into in many years. Very clean and high standards of hygiene are maintained in the hotel premises and rooms. The restaurant is mediocre. Food is just so-so.

Mystic Valley Spa Resort have the beautiful view and it's close to the nature. It's on the mumbai agra highway. So you reach easily. There you can get good food with many verity.

Best gateway for a weekend plan. Maintained bungalow service and staff was best. Jain food too available. Location is on highway, Easy to approach. They offer both veg and non- veg food. Best time to go is winter, temperature falls down to 12 degree.

Well there is alot of good things to talk about this property, one is the view from the room which promises a very beautiful view of camel valley which is a sight of sore eyes after living in a concrete jungle and away from the ruckus of the city the locations gives the experience of legit bliss. The food is served in breakfast was served in buffet with wide range of delicacy ranging from South Indian to Maharashtrian to Northern states. The staff is really friendly and give the best experience of their hospitality. Will love to visit this place again soon.

I am frequent traveller with lots of experience when it comes to stay and travelling. I am pleased with the stay, ambience, food and vicinity, and most importantly location. One of the best hotel in terms of food and rooms . Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. Enjoy. Must go for this stay if looking for options in igatpuri

Good place to hangover with friends and family....but only in monsoon.

And the skywater villas have an amazing and awesome view
Only problem is with the maintenance which the owner of the property has never done on proper time
