great company for wholesale jewelry industry supplies

One of their employees named Bryce S Chaurmont has an awful attitude and personality, He makes the company look bad.

Stuller is wholesale only and I've dealt with them for 25 years. Always high quality items and professional service. Sad the Toronto office closed but that is business.

Done business with them for over twenty years, top quality products, and services.

Poor customer service. Ordered from them for 2 years, everything was excellent until I received a 2mm 14k gold bezel that was rough along the length and it was 1.8mm instead of 2mm! They sent a replacement, which is a little better but still not smooth!!! I wont be ordering metals from Stuller again.

Update: Ordered 3mm 14k gold bezel, arrived on October 31st 2019, Still awful! They just said they will check the cutting machine, but really they don t do anything about it. So the bezel I just received is very rough, and the height is also uneven.

I work here, but every day that I get home from work google asks me how my trip was. So I'm reviewing it to hopefully put an end to that message lol.

All i can say is, if Stuller ever closed its doors I would get out of the jewelry business. While there are some other companies that offer similar products as Stuller, there is no other company that can consistently provide the products and services as Stuller does day in and day out. They are the backbone of independant jewelers across the US and without them my job would become much more difficult. They help us impress our customers on a regular basis when the customer asks, how long to get my ring and we can answer tomorrow if you need it that soon. Providing quality products quickly always impresses our customers and makes us professional in their eyes. Thanks Stuller for making us look good and a special thanks to all the employees at Stuller for being courteous and patient with me when I ask dumb questions which happens a lot.
