Affordable and comfortable stay with pocket friendly budget

Ac was making loud noise at mid night. Bathroom knob was broken .wet dry bathroom sliding fitting was broken and unable to operate properly.

It is an average... Max 3 star hotel. Not to the class or level of The Sarovar group of hotels. The staff are untrained, callous, dont have the basic etiquettes of escorting the guest after checkin, Towels, Soaps, Water Bottles need to be reminded and demanded repeatedly... It is not a bad place. I would say standard hotel if you dont have much of expectations. Food is standard and services I have said already...

Good clean and well maintained rooms and good service, right on the Mumbai Nashik highway and good for business travel

We visited this hotel at 11:00 am sharp and got welcome with fresh juice drink. We were pleased to sit in sofa at reception while performing checkin formalities. We were given enough information regarding hotel and places near it. We booked executive room at first floor with balcony. Rooms are quite spacious with all amenities as promised. Hotel is well situated next to mumbai highway with prominent location. Best part is breakfast. Everyone is provided with minimum 10 receipes of breakfast. Overall experience is excellent.

Stayed for 4 days and had horrible experience from day to day.
I would not give even a single star but have to because of requirement of the review system.
1) Dirty towels
2) Rude behavior of staff
3) Dumb restaurant staff and totally confused on what to be done.
4) Rude house keeping staff
5)Most negligent and unprofessional senior staff

Never ever in dreams would think to stay in this hotel.
Not recommending to anyone to stay in this hotel for anyone.

This hotel is acquired from Sarovar. Hence if you want to find it on Google or ask a local you may have to ask for Lily sarovar hotel.
The new management has not changed much from Sarovar. The greeting and checkin process was fast. We received a welcome drink too.

We stayed for a night which was pleasant. The food is clean and healthy.

It has a bar too.

It's situated at the Old Mumbai Nashik Highway. Good for travellers.

Few years back This hotel was one of the premium hotel for stay in nashik but in past few many new venture opened and hence this hotel not so worthy now a days . Also management keeps changing . Buffet here is not worth money and also ala carte menu is costly

The rooms are spacious but the fixtures like AC and the kettle were in dire state. The terrace restaurant has a nice view of the highway especially at night. The spice garden restaurant which is the part of the hotel was very dissapointing. Lack of communication between the kitchen and staff...didn't know what is available and what isn't. They had to keep coming back after checking with the kitchen.

Nice upclass 3Star hotel on the National Highway.. Good tasty food, range of Indian and Foreign Alcohol, clean and really good rooms, great welcoming staff, and a Gym.. Ideal place to stay in Nashik..

Very bad catering services.. They take 2 hours just to serve tea nd coffee.

Stingy hotel, untrained and confused staff (I m sure that isn't their fault they must be underpaid)..... They can't even give two bottles of water after checkout to a guest who had booked 10 rooms for three days

newly started venture Prime location near to the Highways lots of parking space good food good people rooms are small that can be considered for improvement. Little light In the passage it seems very dark even during day time

Breakfast is good. Staff are courteous. Somewhat toilet is not well maintained. Comode was not in good condition. Bath soap, cup were not available and it was made available after request. Rooms are spacious. Check in check out process is well managed.

Nice ambience of the hotel. It is a 3 star hotel. But service is not that good. We book the Superior bed room but the receptionist first gave us the two separte single bedded room in which AC was not working. But afterwards they changed the room. They should not do like this. Restaurant is good. Quality food is served. Parking space is less. As it is a chain of sarovar portico so they have maintained the quality in their luxury.

Nice compact clean rooms..... good staff, had good sandwiches / Chinese delicacies for dinner, the buffet breakfast was a dud though.

We booked a hall for farewell party. That was awesome day in lily sarovar.
The halls we so nice with perfect ambiance of light and a/c.

Hi all. Please do not go by the previous reviews and stars given by people.. I did that and it was a huge mistake....i regret booking my stay with my family, they are just so damn non understanding and confused characters with zero ethics, manners and talking sense. They do not understand what is service and what's like taking care of a customer. I was so unhappy because I was not informed about anything by the staff neither was I told about my room facilities check in details nothing...no doubt their staff is kind and helpful sometimes...only..but I had to call the reception for every damn facility and amenities to be used.. Which I have paid for.. No quick service, the WiFi sucks big time..gym under maintenance.. Etc The sad part was their staff they are not at all groomed... They work long hrs and their uniforms is non ironed so bad body odour...they are not welcoming at all....i had to greet to tell them that I exist hello..... I had to literally call their reception for tissue for towel for door mat for toilet being dirty for everything... Uufff I had a crazy experience. The biggest surprise was I had to pay for the breakfast after booking it online which included the breakfast for free... I was embarrassed by their staff who walked up to my table and sad u have to pay for this... I have never ever ever in my life had this experience.. I would not RECOMMEND ANY 1 TO SELECTED THEIR HOTEL FOR THIER STAY. The worst part was THIER General Manager who did not know how to talk at all....who just put her hands up in the air and said talk to the Online company u booked the same for u.. W can't do anything about it.... She was so rude and disrespectfull... Hate it being treated so badly after paying for the service. PLEAE DO NOT BOOK WITH AGODA THEY HAVE CRAZILY HIDDEN CHARGES WHICH ARE ONLY REVEALED AFTER YOU CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL. I HAD A CRAZY MAD TIME WITH LILY SAROVAR HOTEL. NO DOUBT THE FOOD IS TASTY. . BUT FOR DAT FOOD TOO I HAD TO INFORM THE WAITER TO REPLENISH ATLEAST 5 TIMES. IT WAS DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE.

Rooms are clean and hotel is suitable for work as well as family . No non sense entertained at hotel and found to be safe . Did not take the room photos but plants at the hotel gave it a soothing effect and enjoyed the minimal greenery which they had
